O.K. did a mass of Assiyah thngs--

We need a Healthy Food Safety Enhancement Bill 1009,
not a train wreak.
Much more work is needed on this bill.
It can potentially cause more harm that good
in its present form.

I made some errors in judgement
the last two days, primarily out of
weariness.
I missed some opportunities,
last night Scott had a gathering here.
I did not even put out flyers about #HR 2749.
That would have been very simple.
I was focused on listening to CHRISTIAN.
That was where my last energy went,
and then, I ate all the potluck food.
I also did a bit of cleanup.
I was on vapors by the time we sat in a circle.
I bailed out and went to bed.
At the FM, I was focused on making contact
with my three farmers, and then spending
an hour helping sell some food for JOE.
There was a lot left over.
EVA, my niece, was also there with my sister
ViVIAN who came from LA.
I have not seen Vivian in a long time.
Then, of course, there was the concern with my bowel.
Again, I could have put out flyers...
but my Scorpio nature wanted to talk to each person
I gave on to. I am still making sure
I want to put out this flyer.
I believe in Healthy Food Safety.
I am not into opposing #HR 2749 in its entirely.
Food Safety is essential. We need to handle the problem.
My blog yesterday morning was about
Slowing Down this Bill. We need to give it time,
not rush it through.
#HR 2749, the FSEA FOOD SAFETY ENCHANCEMENT ACT 2009
needs serious consideration. It is a flawed bill as it stands now.
It is not ready to be passed into the House.
It needs lots of homework.
It points out the need for massive education.
The Legislative and the Presidential branch need
education about farming.
Here are some notes I would like to write about,
if I had the time today.
The Tax Sales Report, that I oriiginally thought
was due June 30, is due July 30. This is a week
when the wisest thing to do, is get some cleanup
and then move into working with finances.
August is just around the corner.
I have give about weeks to this bill.
I would like to put a work out to the Media,
but the day will be shot if I do that.
This is the day to reach out to the members
of the Agriculture Committee.
I have to trust that others know what to do.
Here are some of my notes I would write about.
Also, what about next Sunday?
That is the last Sunday of the month.
I need to feel good about what I do this week.

Not intended to have an eternal shelf life.

Practicing Medicine without a license.
A trade association....
Food is already governed by the USDA...
and within Califnria...by other agencies do
guaranteen when necessary.
IT is the rules regarding big estalbishiments
that are lacking.
the problme is not iwth the system.
attempts to legislate laws that are not lawful in nature's eyes.
broken...laws.
breaking the system without any conseuqence
Imagine they can break the system that not pay the price.
The price is that we harm others.
Can we look to the FDA
Well meaning, enforcement agency.
What they enforce is what they believe to be the truth.
The funds they receive come for the most part from the pharmaceutical industry.
It is the information from the pharmaceuteical industry that they know to be true.
They attempt to hold to a scientific standard of food, althought
food growing is as much an art as a science.
Food growing, is a love of the earth, and the inherent
principles of the American Dream.
Decentralzed farming is the cornerstone.
THis is the key to Earth based homeland security.
