and help with the GREAT EARTH CLEANUP;
5-6 PM, ROOT YOUR DREAM, sit in a sacred
circle with 12 others. Speak out and root your
public dreams. Focus on your private dreams
that will grow as your beet seeds and roots grow.
6-7 PM, Polluck on lemon grass grown here and
foods from local, organic Beet Keeper beet growers
from the HILLCREST FARMERS' MARKET. Make food
together. Remember on to eat in a balanced sacred manner.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE
Receive food and teachings
The opportunity to plant a living seed
in a pot as well as a beet root (when available).
Begin to gain confidence that you can grow food
in a container. Advance training will teach you how
to grow other kinds of foods in containers,
and learn with us how to grow trees in the ground.
Our goal is to build an extended community of support.
You will go home witha sugar cane bagasse starter
pot and beet seeds or a beet root.
You will also receive handouts
and certificates.
The knowledge I am passing along
has been accumulated over 30 years of service.
You are invited to become a BEET KEEPER,
and claim your role in uplifting humanity
through our intimate community building time
together.
YOU WILL RECEIVE A BEET IN A POT
TO TAKE HOME. After a number of weeks,
you are advised to repot the beet.
