Date: 2/13/2010 7:12:53 PM ( 14 y ) ... viewed 1876 times Worked my butt off for one full hour on the snow shoes plowing down the rec path and the circumference of the corn field. Yes, I actually do live in "East Podunk"! It's quite beautiful here.
I turned on the country music (It's called 'Racing Country' on Saturdays) and I just moved in full motion as deeply as I could until I was too tired to swing my arms or lift my knees high. I went to a speaker meeting and now I'm home.
Eating nachos with A LOT of cheese - just the way my boy liked them. Locally made salsa and locally made sour cream on the side. Yum yum.
I'm going to dig into a 'Jane Austen mystery' which seems like a complete contradiction in and of itself just by the description on the book. A boss lent it to me. I guess it's first in a series.
Then, the inventory. I've got at least 5 resentments I really need to look at just from today. I am p*ssed. People just aren't doing or thinking what I think they should be doing or thinking. If they did, I'd be happy. I hope to God I don't really believe all of that. If so, I'm just dead in the water. I will never change others - only myself.
I was raised being told by an adult in my life, "If you love him, you'll change him." Jesus, I believed that right up until a moment ago. I guess I still do. I have been so desperate for love and acceptance that anyone who would have me I would take then get to work on the 'molding'. And they seemingly enjoyed being molded and mothered and watched over like a child. Good God. Do I have a long, long journey to 'wellness'.
