Day 12?, ten affirmations
10 affirmations
Date: 2/27/2010 9:31:11 AM ( 14 y ) ... viewed 1143 times Crazy morning in my head. Just beside myself. Lights out at midnight last night, awake at 6 and out of bed at 7am. Worked w/sponsor, went to a meeting, read 6&7 as directed when I got home. So much for 10-6 guideline. I'll keep trying. Still have not taken out the TV except for Sunday nights. I think I'm gaining ground on self-esteem because of it. I just don't feel as hopeless when I wake up in the morning for some reason. I've done my make up and hair every day this week and it makes a difference.
This morning I baked cookies for my landlords and delivered them for their trip. Feel so much better. Clue: do things for others to feel better in this life.
Ten Affirmations
1. Today I can be of service just by baking something special and serving it to others. Cheap, simple and pure love.
2. Today action is the answer to all my problems today.
3. I am loved and nurtured by God if I only look and listen for the ways it is manifested.
