Day 13/14 aftermath of the shift from hell
I'm testifying to the Holy Ghost power!
Date: 3/1/2010 9:13:35 AM ( 14 y ) ... viewed 2533 times I've not had nasal congestion through this whole experiment. This morning I woke up with a tremendous amount of multicolored nasal goop. It was disgusting. If I was eating cooked junk I probably would be in much worse shape. No I didn't even feel like eating! I mean here's what was in this nurse's lunchbag:
1. Pickle jar of green smoothie
2. Pint jar of green smoothie
3. Pint jar of lemonade
4. Coffee- chock full of nuts but organic is on my list for this week
I had a serious run in with a coworker during a medpass. Anyone who is a nurse knows that's it can deadly to interrupt a nurse who is pulling pills. Well anyway I put my medcart away and walked off the floor. Made a beeline for the chapel and prayed to God, every saint every chant I could think of. Really I had to dig down deep. I was already behind in my first go around and why now Lord? No instead of cheap chocolate and hospital junk I asked Jesus the Christ to give a peace that passes all understanding then I chanted PILLAR OF THE PEACE OF I. I felt a calmness come over me. This calmness didn't leave me till I was done with my work.
Anyway I decided to eat 100% raw all the way till Holy Week. I'm seeing too many changes and insights to stop. I am stopping the green smoothie only thing Wed but I'm getting into a true fast in that I'm not eating anything cooked till Holy Week.
