Weight dropped to 138.6 yesterday evening, though i didn't post it. I thought i'd wait til this morning, to see if any more had come off! Well.. was on 138.something this morning too, (can't remember the 'something'), and played a trick on myself and said i would wait til after yoga, coffee enema etc to see had it gone down more..
Ha. This eve, somehow, after all my usual measures, am up to 140! : c
I do basically know what it is. I have been eating too much cheese! Damn cheese! And vinegar! Such weird choices of food i know, but hey. I overdid it. I must give it a blast of FISH, EGGS only, for a while. Cut OUT the cheese.
Sorry. i am upset, a bit! I suppose that these mini-plateaus/gains are the kind of obstacles that made me give up in the past ---- no chance, now.
In good news, the HOT(!) yoga is going brilliantly - haven't missed a day yet -- have completed 6 days of my 30-day challenge, and somehow, i look forward to it every day. My postures are deepening, my circulation has improved dramatically (no longer do i have semi-purple limbs, but creamy ones -- though the tips of my fingers&toes are still purply), and my skin is doing fantastic. No new spots, and the three-ish scars i had (from previous, recent outbreaks) are quickly disappearing.
Liver flush tonight. I think. If i can at all manage it. Sometimes you just get really sick of the whole thing! I feel like such a weirdo. I would love to just head out for some food&wine with my boyfriend tonight (if i didn't put on weight immediately, as always, that is)..
But nope.. epsom salts, here i come... trying to follow the wisdom of the quote reproduced at the top of the entry : )
Angels, please help me, and all other health-seekers, tonight..
And thank you Lord for the wonderfully healthy body i already have.
