My position on GE Alfalfa
Alfalfa is an ancient grass. It is a cornerstone
of healthy agriculture.
I, stand with the Organic Stakeholders
and sponsors of the Organic Center
is calling for a national and international outcry
against this travesty.
Now is the time to renew or our Organic Mission!
Now is the time to grow some of your own food
and reach out to neighbors to support local organic farmers.
The Organic Center reports on Real Science need to
be in the White House office and being read throughout
Washington as we launch a Campaign to Educate
Washington on Real Food Safety.
I call for all legislators to Chew on Food Safety:
A National Conversation is Needed.
The GE issue is about Real Food Safety.
Say No to GMO.
YES YES to Nature's Original Technology
and Monsanto giving up this bad tech.
If they want to survive, invest $1 million for starters
in learning about Organic growing methods
through donating to the Organic Center.
Monsanto is doomed as a company if they continue
to support this faulty approach to alfalfa growing.
Monsanto needs to return to being a very, very
small company in Saint Louis that is locally owned.
The world can no longer afford
being profits above nutrition her acre.

In Winter 2010
I spent time with Robert Farley, the father
of Round Up Ready. We met at the AAAS,
our largest Science based organization.
I have a vision that one day I will speak
at the AAAS and give an award to Monsanto
for give up their BioTech approaches
and coming over to the organic side.
This idea is absurd unless we believe
that 1000 years from now we will
be looking back on 1000 years of peace.
1000 years of peace is possible for the next 1000 years
if each person reading this Plant Your Dream Blog
and the New Plant Your Dream Website
hears the call.
We call live by Nature's Original Technology.
We have no other choice.
We can no longer ask nature to adapt to us.
This is an issue of existence vs non existence.
There is truly no meaning is co-existence for
GE crops.
This was a science based on poor science
to begin with.
The people of the world are called to step up now.
We need a new leadership,
an organically grown leadership that
honors Unity in diversity and biodiversity.
Much must be said.
The impossible is called to become the possible.

BGH is a biotech drug made by Monsanto; its brand name is Posilac. To produce the hormone, slightly modified cow genes are placed into fermentation tanks containing bacteria, which then spawn a form of the growth hormone that cows produce naturally. If BGH is injected into the rump of a healthy lactating cow, the drug can increase her milk supply by anywhere from 2 to 25 percent. Posilac has official approval from the Food and Drug Administration and qualified endorsements from the National Institutes of Health and the American Medical Association. (See sidebar.)
