Glitch in Iphoto 9.4.3 Notes from with Apple Care
spend about an hour on the phone with Apple Care Iphoto Specialist on a day when I wanted to improve the organization of my Iphoto Library.
I could not move the Albums as I wished on the left hand column.
I could not get the Album I wanted to be the top Album as it is suppose to work.
Went to specialist Tim after Alan.
They did remote viewing.
The glitch is with the program. The engineers know about it.
What was I doing before this happened?
I want to remember and get back to that.
Lots of confusion this morning....before I got some clarity with how to simplify.
I have the Pac Symposium on Wednesday.

hit power button resets PRAM
