Plateau...and Biggest Loser review
spiritually raw 100% all the way... plateauing but I will be plateau busting next week!
Date: 11/28/2013 10:27:13 AM ( 11 y ) ... viewed 8880 times 154.8 not an amazeballs weight loss in fact it is a plateau. I am releasing tremendous amount of spiritual baggage and also facing some marital and environmental challenges. Not that I'm bingeing. My level of rawsome living was 50% or so this last week with not too much exercise.
This week I am under financial constraints but I have enough things to juice and still fight a winter cold haha... You know I had to get a flu shot for work but I was sick for an afternoon and drank ginger tea and took an allergy pill and just...slept.
Of course living in rural PA, living raw foods is hard to come by, but still getting good things to juice. The juice and exercise is key to success for raw food weight loss without losing muscle.
Now onto Biggest Loser...It's like a train wreck. Just can't look away. The turkey box challenge was pretty good and this episode seemed like it was over in five minutes. I think their meal is lame, a Jennie-O turkey roll. The feel good syrupy reminiscing about family is a barf-o-rama but I like that the guy who had a baby got to his newborn son?
Thanksgiving... I am having a cooked non-vegan option but I will keep a high percentage of raw. I am happy and grateful for Storm and Jinjee!!!
