Getting enough fat when taking albendazole

I just discovered I measured incorrectly, and I haven't been eating enough fat with some of my meals. I wonder how much of a difference that makes. Seems that I've had 28g of fat instead of 40 with quite a few meals now. I'll have to find a way to put more fat in without eating more of these foods. I'm going to try drinking coconut milk with meals, which has a lot of fat. I could mix it with my Almond Milk, which doesn't have much fat at all. I don't think I could drink 6 ozs. of coconut milk at one time anyway.

After this is over, I'm going on a fat-free diet. I am already beginning to hate fat.
