Nature has my back. Leaning up against a Walnut Tree in Winter at the Trees for Health Garden, Balboa Park. The day was January 26, 2015. I am preparing a comprehensive health report at the request of Ellen Tart Jensen, the daughter-in-Law of Dr. Bernard Jensen, who introduced me to natural healing. I lived with him right out of college. We maintained a friendship for more than 30 years and helped each other in many ways. I was the editor--actually ghost writer--for a number of his books that I penned from his words. At this time when I am seeking deep healing, I am looking again to Nature, as well as to the gifts that conventional medicine brings us. This is a call to life. A calling out to find master healing team and the products that can restore balance to me. This is a calling out to others to join me on a journey to Win Back Our Sacred Seeds. Harsh healing day news
Yesterday was a shocking day. The day started great. Ross was digging out a deep area in the front yard where we will plant vegetables and flowers. I have in mind to have a Butterfly Weed growing there, the plant that draws Monarch Butterflies. I was drawn to the Monarch Butterflies at the Tree of Health Garden Balboa Park. That very special garden came into my awareness through meeting Charlotte Tenney, a co-founder of this very healing place in the final hour of the the 12th Annual Scripps Natural Supplement Conference, January 16-18, 201, at Paradise Point Resort & Spa.
I have been visiting the garden a number of times. I am beginning to have extraordinary healing experiences there.

How can I stop Candida with these regimens of Anti-biotics?

I am now scheduled for another Litotripsy for February 11, 2015.
12:30 pm Alvarado Hospital. How will I ever, stop having candida if I keep taken these regimens of Antibiotics? The antibiotics are given when you have surgery.Started this blog yesterday, January 27.. I just went back. Jan 28.
I feel devastated by this harsh news. I am more aware than ever of the spiral dance and growing connections between the persistent diarrhea I have been having for more than six months, parasites, the relationship between heavy medals and parasites, parasites that influence the growth of kidney stones, and the natural tendency of someone with Anglyosin Spondylitis--a condition I have as named by western medicine--and other parasites.

Turned away from an invasive Kidney Stone Procedure January 21, 2015
I turned away from a more intense invasive kidney procedure on January 21. That procedure was called, Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy (PCNL). I am now scheduled as of the news yesterday for a less invasive Kidney Stone Procedure called, Shockwave lithotripsy (SWL).
I had SWL in June. This involved a stent and a string hanging from my penis for about five days. When I went into see the kidney surgeon in December and get results for a ultra-sound, the result was that the kidney stone had reconfigured and was now about three times bigger, close to 21 mm.
As of January 27, I am scheduled for Shockwave Lithotripsy again. The date is February 11. I like this date. It is better that February 25, however, I am not sure how effective it will be.
The kidney surgeon gave me the choice originally. I chose the more invasive surgery, but back on January 16, the morning of the Scripps Nat Sup Conference, I backed out.
Many new options for my overall condition showed up during the Scripps event. I still need to pull together a master healing team.

I am looking for a naturopath to work with. I know the one I want.
Some of the services that are recommended for me through Genova Diagnostics do not appear to be covered. It was recommended that I test for parasites, although it is pretty clear to me I have them the more I research and listen to masters I am meeting.
My Most Powerful healer now is time I am taking to eat well, do ChiGong and some warm up at the Taoist Sanctuary, and take time to enjoy myself.
I am modifying my dreams for the year, beginning to do more at home, and locally.
I am taking my inner child to the J.A. Cooley museum where they have old cars. (right under the Taoist Sanctuary.) I am walking more, and getting up from my computer more.
TAKING TIME TO REMEMBER HOW NATURE WORKS INSIDE ME
These are books are worked on for Dr. Bernard Jensen, a pioneer in the natural healing arts. Survive This Day I entirely wrote from his words and my own inspirations in 1976. These were intended to be part of a Magic Survival Kit that came out in four books.
I want to comment on a magical experience I had a couple days ago. I was introduced to Stinging Nettle in my journeys to Trees for Health Garden in Balboa Park. Then a couple days later, I discovered that this weed, very valuable, has spread out in many places outside the garden. I ask forgiveness if I broke any rules. I went back on the day it rained, January 26, and transplanted a couple very small plants into a pot that I took home. I also cut a few leaves off the tops, not wanting to disturb too much of the growth. I noticed the plant was going to seed. I plan to go back and collect some of those seeds when they are mature.
When I came home, the next day I noticed that there was already a Stinging Nettle that was growing right inside another plant in on our front yard here at home. This excited me. The cover of the book "Survive This Day" has art of an Armenian elder woman who would wrap garlic inside a comfrey leaf for colds.
Dr. Jensen ofter said, that right next to the problem is the remedy.
Here I went out to find this plant. It was already home.
I want to encourage everyone to get the Stinging Nettle Seeds and grow this weed in pots or appropriate areas where they live.
I notice that Baker Creek was temporarily out of their stock of Stinging Nettle Seeds when last I looked, but appears to be in stock now. This is one seed I am going to offer in our Enchanted Garden-Baker Creek Outpost at home here in San Diego.

I have not cleared it in a couple days.
I did not wear it yesterday.
The day before, January 26, was a good day. it rained some and I went to the Trees for Health Garden. I also was able to find Stinging Nettle nearby.
Had a good bowel movement.
just now….
I was taking the Proflora…and I ate Aduki beans last night. I did not have gas. I also used sauerkraut.
I need to believe I can put together my healing team.
I need a naturopath to work with me.
Maybe Moira can do that.

Shocking Reminder
There is a fermentation festival on Sunday. I decided to go to the Thursday North Park Farmers Market. I was on vapors after doing too much today without rest.
I rushed to leave the house to get to Tai Chi and learn some warm up exercises that are important to keep me moving. I left with about one hour to go to get to the kidney doctor for the ultra sound.
I went in for an ultra sound at the Kidney surgeon and left with papers for the surgery, a lithotripsy, scheduled for February 11. the papers were for the wrong side, so I went back to get them corrected. It is the right side that was planned for the procedure. The Ultrasound should a cluster of stones on the right side, and did not report too much on the left. The confusion part is that the left is causing me some discomfort. So the finalization of what needs to happen is still not done.
I came home. We did a big push to get a garden area prepared before the rains. A small rain was falling while we were working. Then the rain stopped. I am concerned about the pain I am feeling now on the right side as well.
I am feeling a lot of tiredness. I am shocked to remember that for at least the last four years I have been taking an relatively natural anti-inflammatory to gave me a lot more energy than I really have without it. It also made it possible for me to drive long distances.
I am feeling the effects tonight of not having that boost. I feel I need to rest more. I feel especially tired tonight. Not really sure why. Just too much activity I imagine.
I cannot sit this much. There are still things up in the air that I need to speak about at home.
I may not have taken in enough water today.
We got some seeds in the ground before the expected rains, but it does not feel like we have a big rain coming. I am disappointed.
Enough sitting. It is increasing my feeling of inflammation on the right side.
