The Great Challenge To Transformation

Today we hear a great deal about "peak experiences" (Maslow). The great problem facing everyone who has had such experiences is how to assimilate what has been felt, seen or heard, and how to let it transform his everyday consciousness and behavior. If this is not done the experience may turn confusing or toxic and perhaps destructive of the integrity of the person.
This fourth symbol as usual suggests to us what has to be done or how to do it. The "return home" from the high mountain, or from any "upper chamber" of the consciousness, may lead to a sense of oppression by the normal realities of existence, or else the soul that has been illuminated may retain enough of that light to transfigure every daily situation. This is the great CHALLENGE TO TRANSFORMATION.

Monday, April 11th -

Awareness of our fear is the lesson we are here to learn now. Each of the 64 fears (see the Gene Keys[2]) holds a corresponding gift that is given to us as we recognize, name and face the fear! We each do this lesson for ourselves and we don't have to do it alone.

It was unanimously decided recently by our gardener octagon that we will write up a new Vision/Mission. I'm noting the above quote here as a reminder for that session. I wish to imagine "journeys through bliss gardens" here at the Enchanted Garden Onion. That will need to be based on shared values. Maybe our "walk around" in the garden can support us in identifying those shared values.

An update sent to my former "fellow gardener":
Venus opposite Uranus indicating: "unpredictable events in relationships" and "a strong distaste of routine" that I do not expect will change in (this) present lifetime!

Natural instincts feed on the reactions, and often perversions, of the socially conditioned mind-ego.
