Caught Doing Chi Gong!

Thunor (Thor) God of the Mind visited me. He must know something I do not know because after work I watched a youtube video that triggered me and made me question, feel sad...go into negativity,etc. and that is how I went to sleep. I woke up this morning a little diminished and it took forever to get out of bed! LOL...
So sitting here I said I need to allow myself to feel the feelings coming to me. My months of doing chi gong almost every day (I did miss some days!) really fundamentally changed me as a person.
My process for examining negativity and "bad" thoughts... 1. Too much Facebook? 2. Tired? Strung out? Too much OT? 3. Unresolved issues?
This issue that came up is a chronic issue with me and frankly I wasn't surprised that working with Thunor brought the chronic drama I have in my mind about "race" and accepting who I am as a person in this present incarnation.
More later...I'm going to get coffee'd up some more and go for a long dog walk.
