the Second day of being home
after my most recent trip
taking the Passover in
Los Angeles, the City of my Birth.
I have many earth plane things to do
after spending more days away from
home since April 9, then at home.
But I want to capture some
inspirations before I get into paying bills.
I want to come out with clearer
intentions for Myself that will arise
from this writing.
I want to come out with a sense of purpose
and direction for the next six week period
that will end at the significant date of
June 12, 2005.
This date is the beginning of the Jewish
holiday known as Shavuot.
Shavuot is a harvest festival.
It celebrates the harvest of our first
summer fruits. Fruits inside as well
as in the garden.
Shavuot comes 49 days after the Second
Seder of Passover.
If you have any bones inside of you---
that are Mystically Inclined--
no matter what your spiritual path---
if you have the desire for better physical
and emotional well being--
take a look at the deeply, rich, healing energies
that are open to each of us now
who are willing to explore these metaphors
from the Jewish Mystical Tradition.
You do not need to be Jewish to explore
Jewish Mysticism.
Kabbalah, part of this tradition,
was never intended to be practiced
only by mystic Jews.
Take a look, you may like
what you find here,
or you may discover that
somewhere in your soul,
you have been part of the Hebrew
Soul Group, and will find
a nurturing source of wisdom here.
You may find that an understanding
of the Kabbalistic Tree of Life
has applications for your personal health
and wholeness;
The Essenes--who had successful
RAW FOOD REGIMENS--practiced
the Kabballah. They communed with the
Tree of Life on a daily meditative basis.
With these Tree of Life Teachings
their Raw food regimens had balance
and intention. The Essenes walked
with purpose. Their diet was not
the source of their strength, but a tool
to leave them available for Divine Service
and the Greater Good.
If you are attempting a raw food regimen
today, you will likely find resonance
with these teachings.

spiritual awakening, in the Jewish mystical tradition is

in Eqypt to the awakening of Revelation at Sinai.
The steps in this process are reflected in the 49 days
between Passover and Shavuot, the Feast of Weeks,
which commemorates the receiving of the Ten Commandments
while standing at Sinai." (xiii)
"The word "Egypt" in Hebrew is Mitzrayim,
signifying "tight places," or
"places of contraction and stuckness."
Internally, this stuckness refers to times in which
we are caught in our lesser identities,
and are indeed, limited by our contracted
consciousness.
From that place we are not available to hear
the greater teaching."' (xiii)
