My Review/Thoughtful Notes on the ebook Raw Vegan Muscle Mass by Storm Talifero (updated)

Date: 9/16/2005 1:00:16 PM ( 19 y ) ... viewed 29242 times I have read the ebook 'Raw Vegan Muscle Mass' and want to give my opinion on it. Frankly, I think it's an excellent ebook, as far ebooks go, on the topic of exercise and diet. I am not a man, I'm a woman with a body composition that has lots of muscle, esp. in the legs and have always been attracted to body building. When I did weight lifting, I could easily lift more than one hundred pounds from the floor. Guys would offer to help me which I don't mind because I love it when men behave like men. However, sometimes I liked to show off and pick up the boxes anyway.

Jinjee is ageless and you can't really tell how many times she's been around the sun in my humble opinion. My fantasy is to be able to be of an advanced numerical age and have people think I'm still a teenager *LOL* I've been blessed with wonderful genetics of longevity and do believe that with the advice given I can enhance that.

I strongly recommend getting the complete package as it is the best value for your money. Really think of the amount of money we waste everyday. I know that I take money more seriously after spending half of my summer 'poor'. $50 is a drop in the bucket compared to other weight loss methods. My sister took phen-phen for two weeks and had subsequent heart damage. I've watched many of those plastic surgery reality shows where women carve into their bodies trying to achieve what society says is the perfect body. I suppose there are people who prefer a doctor to shove a long,metal tube into their fat as opposed to drinking wheatgrass. I am not one of them.
I am not starting a separate blog for raw food since I have one already at http://www.rawfoodtalk.com that I've let go for a while. However, I am dedicating myself to this path since it is the most effective at weight loss and clearing my skin. Plus, I've not done a proper detox of my womb after having the outbreak of HPV two years ago, actually less than two. My full time job will allow me to get insurance and see a doctor so I'm happy
