I am on the forth day of my fast and doing great. I feel hungry, but the desire for food is gone.

I am on the forth day of my fast and doing great. I feel hungry, but the desire for food is gone. Lemonade takes care of the hungry feeling immediately which is nice. I do feel hungry often though so I am drinking a lemonade at least every 1 1/2 hours (sometimes half). Hopefully in another few days I will be down to 1 every two hours.
It has only been four days but I can already feel my body. I can feel my body in ways that I haven't for a long time. I woke up this morning at 6:00 AM and made my husband and sister breakfast, and then drove him to work and took the girls (my sister is 12) to the park for a morning game of Bball. We are now back home and going to enjoy some quiet time before heading off an Aquatic Park for the afternoon.
My head feels more clear too. I feel more in touch with my inner world, it is much more present. I feel really good. I am so thankful that I was able to make through the first two days...(which feel like months ago) because this is so worth it.
I still haven't done the salt water flush. Tomorrow I will because I didn't have any movement yesterday or this morning.
