You can buy an electronic version of the book. It is really inexpensive (aprox 5 $ ) I bought the Amazing Liver cleansing.
(The website that Andreas posted) .
I have printed some pages I considered the most important. To re read at home.

For liver cleansing you don't need to buy any expensive product.
Just read the book.

For colon cleansing the best are colonics. If you cannot afford them you can try the approaches Andreas talks about in his book.
I have had only one colonic irrigation and many enemas.
