You can also just print out the Hulda Clark protocol for lv/gb flushing on this site to get you started and order the book later. The only real difference is that Andreas recommends that you do some preparation - colonics & Malic Acid (1500-200mg per day for 5 days before the flush) and also that you do a colonic afterwards.
