Yes and no. Much of it is diet related. If the deposits are above the eyes it shows that the kideys are irritated, for excample, from eating dairy products or too much fruit, juices, raw foods (antibodies present in raw food items can irritate the kidneys), fruit and salds eating in th eevneing, drugs, sugary things, vitmamin supplements, etc. (See The Key to Health and Rejuvenation for motre details).

If they occur under the eyes, it is related to digestive problems as well, but congestion is primarily in th esmall and large intestines. The liver cleanses certainly help, but diet is a major consideration.
