I also have colesterol deposits over/under the eyes. My cholesterol is normal.

However, I recently started a low-key candida cleanse and have discovered to my amazement that the bumps seem to shrinking! Also, I had been thinking over the last few months that I might need bifocals (I'm 40) since I was having trouble reading with my glasses. A few days ago, low and behold, I realized I was reading with my glasses on! Usually I'd have to peer over, or take it off.

I contribute all this to the elimination of sugar and yeast from my diet. To some extent anyway...:) I also take massive amounts of garlic and caprylic acid.

Before, I wasn't very serious about this diet, because I wasn't sure whether or not I had candida. I'll be more aggressive now.
