yeah, i found esp was a side effect of all this cleansing. i don't even have to read the forum anymore, i just sit with my legs crossed and say ohm, and it all comes to me, even future posts.
anyway, you can use any type of celery seeds you want to. i tried making it sweet at first, but that just made it worse, so now i use sea salt. also, the more seeds you put in, the stronger the taste. the aftertaste stays with you. Tweet
