Cris, I have bought the rise and shine cleanse program. It is a complete program. The chomper is just one component of the program. Notice I said bought. I haven't used it yet. I am still working on the first phase. Eating more fruits and veggis and drinking more water. This cleanse is based on the book "Cleanse and Purify Thyself" By Dr. Richard Anderson. In the book, he describes the whole process of how this was developed. It is only about 13 dollars and well worth the price. Good luck with your cleanse quest.
