I have been reading through a lot of your posts on Liver Flushing and CANT WAIT to now get started myself.

I have a few questions though:

Did you do the parasite and kidney cleanses before you started to flush?

Did you go on a special diet before you started to flush?

Did you drink apple juice for a week before to soften the stones?

I have suffered from candida/allergies for SO many years. I am currently following the candida diet, and taking capryllic acid etc etc etc. but I reckon the answers lie in liver flushing.

Any advice/help you can give me would be very much appreciated. I would like to congratulate you on your successes with flushing.
