Thank You Omraam!
"Those who want to be master of their destiny must not attach so much importance to what comes to them from the outside: difficulties or opportunities, gains or losses."

The Prosveta-usa community offers "Thought for the day" meditations that are all quotes of Omraam Mikhael Aivanhov who said: "Through my Teaching, I wish to give you essential notions about human beings: how they are structured, their relationship to nature, and the exchanges they must make with the universe if they are to drink at the springs of divine life… ". I've been enjoying these "Thoughts" every day over the past couple years.
I find the Thought for today quite exceptional! It begins with: "Those who want to be master of their destiny must not attach so much importance to what comes to them from the outside: difficulties or opportunities, gains or losses. ..." This matches my own inner knowingness through which I immediately recognize the truth of this teaching! However I did not have the thought articulated in words as well as it is presented by Omraam. One of the great gifts of receiving these "Thoughts" is the way that Omraam presents them.

Here's another example of the highly refined presentation style of Omraam:
"... it is not advisable for our mental balance to carry in our head and in our heart someone who, having taken a wrong turn, is becoming a public danger."

"In whatever state you find yourself, even the most dire, be courageous, because a great inheritance, a divine legacy awaits you. If until now you have not yet taken possession of it, it is because you are still a minor."
Once again I find the timing of the "Thought" to be most serendipitous. I had earlier viewed a couple videos of an interview with a Dutch "business man" (also referred to as an "economic hit man" who in his closing statements said the elite's strategy is "divide and conquer". Therefore we need to come together and unite ourselves. Until we do I understand how you can find yourself in the most "dire" of "states". Until we come together and unite we are like sheep (or if you prefer "minors"). In any case we have yet to reach full maturity to where we exercise full dominion over "all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”

"... Why do you think women live longer than men? Because men always need to impose themselves. Whereas women are more used to putting up with things and often, even unconsciously, they become stronger thanks to their passive attitude."
My mother has out-lived my father. Up until the reading of the above message of Omraam I had a mistaken belief that my mother was too passive in regards to the severity of my father's parenting style and its impact on me during the entirety of my childhood and young adult years hail till living at home. Now I accept that apparent benefit of her "passive attitude" (LOL) that my mother has with living now. Actually now that I think of it I too had some extent of a passive attitude and maybe that has contributed to my general state of health that I enjoy now whereas my father was suffering a number of health conditions at my age.
