What he's exposing is, there IS a strawman/state trust/ALL CAPITOL LETTER NAME that was set up in your name with your birth certificate, and this is who they are dragging into court. Not you as a person, but this legal fiction they created. Which means you aren't involved with any of their legal GARBAGE! And since this is the law, you can beat every case with it. You go in and show them the law, and make the judge prove who they are dragging into court, because they naming a state trust is the plaintiff. You're just an interested third party. And he shows how to separate yourself from that trust and come in as a human being with a soul.
You know how the elite call us useless eaters? Well that's basically what the law classifies us as. So they are just stating the law because they think we're too stupid to figure it out.
He's also exposing that Congress never passed a law creating an attorney or lawyer. Only Attorney Generals. So these lawyers have invaded the judicial system illegally.
I have our state law that says the Bar Association is a state agency. All agencies and departments of the state are the executive branch. So these crooks are working in two branches of government, which is unconstitutional. And ALL judges are bar flies. (members) So if there is a case involving the state, they have a direct interest which means they have a conflict of interest.
And the law says all attorneys are officers of the court first, and public servants and attorney's for their clients second. This is why you will never receive justice using them, unless it's a glaring error on the prosecutor's part. Plus the attorney's have a conflict of interest with you too, since they are officer's of the court.
He is also exposing how the US Codes were never made into law. They say they are presumed to be the law (prima facie) and you can show they aren't the law, so you can't be prosecuted.
He shows how to take any official from the cop who pulls you over to obozo, and sue their butts. He gives all his documents and he shows how to sue all these bums in their personal capacity, not as the official which they are immune from. I think there is some other things he's exposing too, but can't remember it all right now. You get the idea though. This blows up their whole system of fraud. During the prohibition, about 60-80,000 people started filing law suits against the crooks, and they eliminated prohibition. The same can be done with the whole system if enough people do this stuff! So let's take this system down!

& Demand for a Declaratory Judgment
Tonight’s topic is the trust. Everybody has been dancing around it. Nobody has ever come up with where they are getting their information from. And that has always hurt us. Its easy to talk. The problem is: when you are walking into that courtroom & the judge asks you a question, you better be able to give him an answer as to where this stuff is coming from, and not from “I got it from some guy off some internet radio or I got it from some friend that lives down the street.” That is not a proper response.
And that’s been the problem here. Everybody’s talked about the trust – everybody says the birth certificate is the trust. But when you ask them, “Okay, where is it stated that the birth certificate is the trust – where in the law did you find it?” And they never tell you, because, (1) either they don’t know, or (2) they don’t want to give up their trade secret.
For you new people… I don’t play that. You are entitled to know where I get my information from. Because, if you are going to walk into a courtroom, you better be able to sit down & explain it. The gentleman that taught me many years ago, whenever we talked about this – the ALL CAPITAL LETTER NAME. And I asked him, “Okay, you made the statement... Where can I find this?” And nobody had an answer.
Well, we found it. And we put it out on the airwaves. It is in Texas Administrative Code under Corporations, Chapter 79, Section 79.31, it talks about the ALL CAPs. The United States Style Manual gets into this.
Tonight, we are going to get into the Birth Certificate & we’re going to show you where all the fraud lies in all of this & how they are dragging you into the courtroom under a TRUST NAME or under an ESTATE.
Because we have been trying to find this for years, and, part of it has been that if you would go in and you got to say, “I am here for a ‘Special Appearance’.”
If I was a judge, and you were to tell me, “I am here for a Special Appearance” I would want you to explain it to me, so I know what is ‘special’ about you. People don’t have answers, people can’t answer that question – “I am here for a ‘Special Appearance’” So, what’s different about your paperwork that makes you ‘special’?
We are going to get into that tonight.
Let’s talk tonite about the Trust under the Birth Certificate on how they are dragging you & I into that courtroom under that ALL CAPITAL LETTER NAME. What I recently discovered in the District of Columbia State’s Statutes – this is where I found it. I also found in some of the other State’s Statutes, not quite the same wording, but what we found in Washington DC Statutes under Birth Certificate, and why we never went & looked under the State Statutes for birth certificate – on what the definition of a birth certificate is – what is the definition of a ‘live birth’. And what is a definition of a ‘Person’ under a Birth Certificate, and the fact that the Social Security Number is attached to the birth certificate at the moment the child is born. They automatically get a number, immediately.
Under DC Code Section 7-201 Definitions, if you go down to Section 9, it says ‘Live Birth’ means the complete expulsion, or extraction, from its mothers, of a product of human conception. http://www.asisvcs.com/publications/pdf/670925.pdf
This is part of the problem we are having in a courtroom. They are saying something to you, and you’re not comprehending what is being said. Because you have your mind on something else, and not on what is being said.
Why would they use the word ‘its’, why would they not use – extraction from the ‘child’s’ mother? Now going down to Section 10 – Persons. ‘Person’ means an individual. Problem of it is, there is no definition that I have come across within the Codes for the word ‘individual’. It always refers back to a corporation, or trust, or an association. ‘Person’ means an individual, a trust. A ‘person’ is a trust, a ‘person’ is an estate, a ‘person’ is a partnership. A ‘person’ is a corporation, including an association, a joint stock companies… Now wait a minute, you are, at live birth, are now considered joint stock companies. It further goes in and says, an insurance companies – so you are an insurance company, not a living being… not a flesh & blood man. Everything that we’re going to get here – you’re not going to hear the word ‘living soul’, ‘living person’, ‘living man, living child, living son, living daughter’. You’re not going to hear none of that.
It further says, that a person – the district government, or an agency or instrumentality of the district government. This is what is under a birth certificate definition for the word ‘person’. So, you are listed, at the time you are extracted from your mother, as a trust, as an estate, as a partnership, as a corporation, including a association, joint stock companies, an insurance company, the district government, or an agency or instrumentality of the district government.
Now, if you were to get into Title 26 USC Code 7701, which is IRS, and it says under Title 26 Section 7701, subtitle (f) Chapter 79

Sec. 7701 – Definitions
(1) Person - The term “person” shall be construed to mean and include an individual, a trust, estate, partnership, association, company or corporation.
You are classified as a trust, estate, registered to the State of which you were born at which point under the 1935 Social Security Act, Title 5 Section 501 & 502, under Grants to the State, the day that you came out of your mother & got a number, the State got X amount of dollars for your live birth & federal grant money for each fiscal year. http://www.ssa.gov/history/35act.html#TITLE%20V
Now, I want you to think about what we are talking about here. There is the proof that everybody has been looking for to go back & prove that the birth certificate is the trust in this issue. Nobody has ever sat down and told you where to find it. So when you now go into these courts, what we are doing… and this is for those that are capable to understand this, in other words, do not go down this path until you get better knowledge behind you, when you are better prepared to be able to go ‘head to head’ in the courtroom. Because part of the problem that we are running into is this: When you are dealing with your paperwork, it says ‘The State of…’ You will never find an address under the heading of ‘State of…’. When you do paperwork, you are required to put an address. You are required to tell them where you live, so they know where to mail. What I have done in my paperwork, I have listed the United States of America as an unknown entity, with an undisclosed address. I went back in and used the ALL CAPITAL LETTER NAME as a registered government trade name, that is either a Ward, or is a Property of the government.
Now follow me with what we’re saying here, because this is important for you to come back in. This is why when I started out – you are to make a ‘Special Appearance’. If you are going to use the ‘State of…’, and you’re going to use that ALL CAPTIAL LETTER NAME, and you’re going to make a ‘Special Appearance’ – you did not take yourself out of the Trust side of this thing. If you just leave that name, and you don’t designate it as a government Trade-Name, as a Ward, or Property, or Trust – if you do not make the distinction between that ALL CAPITAL LETTER NAME & you.
This is where the problem is coming in.
Because when I did my paperwork in Washington DC, I ran some test runs, and I have given them some fits, because when I listed that ALL CAPITAL LETTER NAME as a government registered Trade-Name, as a Ward or Property of the government, then I come down and place my lower-case name, and I put it as a ‘Real Party of Interest’. And because of what we found on the Birth Certificate, and what we’ve found in other languages, I would never use the words a ‘Flesh & Blood Man with a Soul’ on any of my documentation, because I could not verify that.
Throughout the year that we’ve been doing this, we have said if you go into Title 7 under Agriculture of Section 136 >> http://trac.syr.edu/laws/07/07USC00136.html << look up the word ‘animal’ it defines an animal as a vertebrate [and invertebrate] which is a man, a mammal, fish & shellfish.
d) AnimalThe term "animal" means all vertebrate and invertebrate species,
including but not limited to man and other mammals, birds, fish,
and shellfish.So, man is listed as an animal.
If you get into ‘Human Being’ under Title 1 Chapter 1 Section 8, Human Being is defined as Homo Sapien. If you get into the Latin side of this, and look under the Vatican for the Latin language, a ‘Human Being’ is considered a Monster, or an Animal.
Now, what we are doing is we’re asking for is a Corpus Delicti & Habeas Corpus hearing. Now why would I ask for such a thing? We’re going back in and we’re asking the judge to define the ALL CAPITAL LETTER NAME of RODNEY DALE CLASS & the lower-case name Rodney Dale Class. I want the judge to define which one is the Trust name, Trade-Name, Animal & which one is the Living Soul?
Because when the judge calls your name, he doesn’t say I want the ALL CAPITAL LETTER NAME of RODNEY DALE CLASS to stand up, or, the lower-case name of Rodney Dale Class to stand up, or the RODNEY DALE CLASS that is classified as an Animal to stand up.
Harvey: He also doesn’t say “I want the Rodney Dale of the family of Class to stand up.
Rod: Exactly. So, their coming in and using the name. So, what you’re doing is that you’re now coming in and you are going to ask for a Corpus Delicti & Habeas Corpus Hearing, and you want a Declaratory Judgment, because you want the Prosecutor to bring in the Accusing Party & you want the Prosecutor to identify the Accused – “Are you accusing the Trust Name under the Birth Certificate? Are you Accusing the Estate Name under the Birth Certificate, or are you accusing the Ward of the government? Because when you use the ALL CAPITAL LETTER NAME, it is a Trust, it is an Estate, it is a Ward of the government. So we are here to distinguish – are we talking about a ‘Monster’, by legal definition? Are we talking about an Animal, by legal definition? Are we talking about a ‘Person’ that is an Estate, a Trust, a Partnership, an Insurance Company, a Joint Stock Company? Are we talking about a ‘Person’ that is an Officer of a Corporation or an Employee of a Corporation?
Or, are we sitting here talking about a Living, Flesh & Blood Soul?
We need to clear this up on what we are doing, here. We need to clear all this up. So, we need a Corpus Delicti Hearing on this issue. We want the Prosecutor to come in & we want him to define. And, we want the judge to give us a Declaratory Judgment on what is being charged in this courtroom. Because, unless we get a Declaratory Judgment, until we find out WHO is the Corpus Delicti, they can’t move.
For example, in a child custody battle in a courtroom:
Is it not true that all Birth Certificates are Registered to the State?
Is it also not true that under the Social Security Act of 1935, the State receives federal grant money for that child being born?
When the State holds the child as a Ward of the State, then the State should pick up the tab. The same goes with an IRS case situation.

This is a reply to # 2,142,391Right on T! You see how this can be used in any case since it strikes the core of the whole system of fraud.
And I think it's public law 440? that says the laws can be coded into the US Codes, and public law 441? that says the codes can be printed, but they never passed the laws.
One session ended in March and then the next started on December 16th, and they claim the codes were passed on December 7th. But they weren't in session then. So the US Codes were never enacted into law. That's a big problem for the whole system!
And they never passed an act creating lawyers or attorney's. Only attorney generals. I think it was the 1789 Judicial Act? But that's another big problem for the whole system. By what authority are lawyers able to represent people or be judges?
I've been looking in my state laws and the Bar Act was passed in 1933. Does that year ring a bell? And the Act says the current people that are lawfully able to represent others are automatically in the Bar. And any new members will follow the rules the bar sets up. So they turned over the judicial system to the bar. They never passed a law creating a lawyer, or saying what qualifications they must have or what they can do. Like represent other people. So they have no legal authority to do what they are doing.
And this law says the Bar Association is an agency of the state, which means they work in, through and under the executive branch. Any agency or department of the state is the executive branch. If it's not part of the judicial system or the legislature, it's the executive branch enacting and enforcing the laws. So they are working in two branches of government, which is unconstitutional. http://apps.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=2.48.010 So judge's working through the executive branch, are residing over cases involving the state? Conflict of interest? And lawyers are officers of the court first, and public servants and representatives for their clients? Conflict again? You bet!
So there are some HUGE problems with this whole system, and it needs to be exposed, the laws shown and the system brought down! And all this stuff affects every case going through the court system. It doesn't matter what type of case it is.
Rod just did another call tonight too. He's pumping it out faster than I can absorb it. But I'll get it. Especially when he starts doing his seminars.
And this is where the grand juries that the Republic and other groups are setting up come into play. If the current system is corrupt and unconstitutional, then the only system that IS constitutional are the grand juries. If we bring their corrupt system down, then they don't have the guns any more to enforce their corruption. Then they will be on the constitutional side.
And if we start suing these clowns as a person who violated their oath and duty and got paid doing it, we will see these rats jumping ship and eating each other. And this can be done from the cop on the corner to obozo. So there really is a solution to all this.
That's kind of the overview of the whole solution in my opinion.
And I think if they start trying to pull the false flags, I think the military is ready to step in and stop it. And with all the countries around the world cutting off the money the crooks are using, and going around they systems they've set up, I think it's an impossible situation for the crooks. I don't think they have ANY way out. We just have to keep pushing till the tipping point is reached.
We just need to gather our facts/laws and get in there and stand up to it and take this country back one case at a time till it snowballs into victory.

Of those 65 cases, Class (and/or Class' side)lost every single case. So far, we have not yet found any case in which Class (or Class' side) ever won. Rodney DALE Class (“Rod Class”) is an “amateur legal theorist” who barely got through high school and who has LOST EVERY SINGLE ADMINISTRATIVE AND JUDICIAL CASE IN WHICH HE HAS EVER BEEN INVOLVED (WELL OVER 65 COMPLETE, CONSECUTIVE LOSSES AND STILL COUNTING). Despite a year long investigation, we have not yet found a single case involving Rod Class that he (or his side) ever won. The reason that Rod Class has a 100% failure rate in the courts is that he uses “amateur legal theories” (FAKE laws) in court as if they were REAL laws. Class’ “amateur legal theories” are an IMAGINARY ALTERNATIVE to the REAL laws that are actually used by the courts and the legal system. If Class’ “amateur legal theories” (FAKE laws) were actually valid, then he would not have LOST EVERY SINGLE CASE IN WHICH HE HAS EVER BEEN INVOLVED (WELL OVER 65 COMPLETE, CONSECUTIVE LOSSES AND STILL COUNTING). No person with a verifiable 100% FAILURE RATE IN COURT should be fraudulently impersonating or otherwise posing as a “teacher”, “legal scholar”, “retired federal judge”, “Private Attorney General” or “Bounty Hunter”.
But more importantly, Class is also a PROFESSIONAL HOAXER. Class is behind the “Judge DALE Hoax” in which he writes FAKE legal articles which reveal FAKE legal information while fraudulently impersonating a FAKE “retired federal judge” named “Judge DALE” (which uses his own middle name, “DALE”, as an inside joke). (Impersonating a retired federal judge, is a federal felony). Class is also behind the “FOURTH Administrative Ruling Hoax”, the “Property In Other People’s Names Hoax”, the “Private Attorney General Hoax”, “Embezzling Federal Funds Hoax”, the “CRIS Hoax” and many, many other legal hoaxes (all of which he uses to “sell” his “amateur belief system” about the law and the legal system to a gullible public). But, most importantly, for purposes of this comment, Class is also behind the “Debra Jones Hoax”.
THE HOAX
Class has own internet radio show on AIB radio in which he makes intentionally false and fraudulent claims about the law and the legal system––the same legal system in which he has LOST EVERY SINGLE ADMINISTRATIVE AND JUDICIAL CASE IN WHICH HE HAS EVER BEEN INVOLVED (OVER 65 COMPLETE, CONSECUTIVE LOSSES AND STILL COUNTING). On July 8, 2014, in Episode 869, Class purported to bring in a “legal insider” as a guest on his radio show in order to bolster his own intentionally false and fraudulent claims about the law and the legal system. Class FRAUDULENTLY introduced this FAKE “legal insider” as “former attorney” and “former law enforcement officer”, “Debra Jones’’. As if those FRAUDULENT claims about Debra Jones were not bad enough, Debra Jones herself also FRAUDULENTLY claimed that she was being “groomed” by the “Police Benevolent Association” to be “President of the United States” (an office that Rod Class himself once purported to run for as a “write-in candidate”). Not surprisingly, during this 2 hour 43 minute show, this FAKE “legal insider” mindlessly “parroted” the same “amateur legal theories” (FAKE laws) and utterly delusional claims about the law and the legal system that Class himself makes. Rod Class’ radio audience was understandably shocked and horrified by the FAKE, FALSE and FRAUDULENT claims of Debra Jones who they genuinely believed was a real “legal insider” who was telling them the truth. This FRAUDULENT radio show became an internet sensation and was re-posted all over the web, much to the delight of Rod Class and Debra Jones.
THE TRUTH
But, before putting her on his internet radio show, Class already knew that Debra Jones was NEVER a “former real estate attorney”, NEVER a “former law enforcement officer” and that she was NEVER being “groomed by the Police Benevolent Association to be “President of the United States”. Before putting Debra Jones on the air on his AIB radio show, Class also knew the following:
1. Debra Jones’ REAL name is “Debra Jenks Jones”;
2. Debra Jenks Jones was born on May, 29, 1967;
3. As of today, Debra Jenks Jones is currently 49 years old;
4. Debra Jenks Jones’ social security number is 531-80-XXXX;
5. Debra Jenks Jones lives at XXXX XXXth Street Court, Puyallup, Pierce County, Washington State, 98375-6130 and has lived there since April of 1995. This is the REAL reason that many of her “seminars” are conveniently held in the nearby Yelp, Washington State area;
6. Debra Jenks Jones HAS NEVER HAD a “professional license” of ANY TYPE from ANY STATE which means that she was NEVER an “ attorney”, a person who would have had a “professional license” from at least one state (at least at some point in time in the past). This is the REAL reason why Debra Jenks Jones will not disclose the name of the law school from which she allegedly received her law degree or the name of the state(s) that allegedly issued her a license to practice law. Such a law school does not exist and such a state does not exist;
7. Debra Jenks Jones was NEVER a “law enforcement officer” in any jurisdiction. This is the REAL reason why Debra Jenks Jones will not reveal the name and location of the alleged law enforcement agency (or agencies) in which she was an allegedly employed as a “law enforcement officer”. Such a law enforcement agency does not exist;
8. Debra Jenks Jones was NEVER “being groomed by the Police Benevolent Association to be the President Of The United States”. This is the REAL reason that she will not reveal the names of the many people within that organization who were allegedly “grooming” her, the place where she was allegedly being “groomed” or exactly how she was allegedly being “groomed”;
9. Debra Jenks Jones’ false claims to the effect that she grew up in Washington, D.C. and that she was a “former Congressional Aid” to a conveniently DEAD Congressman (to make verification impossible) in the “nation’s capital” was a self-glorifying fraud intended to throw investigators off of her trail as well as serving as an inside joke (because she really lives in Washington State, not in Washington, D.C.);

Instead, area code “360” is the area code for that portion of Washington State south of Tacoma, Washington, where Puyallup, Washington is located (and where she has lived since 1995).

As an complete OUTSIDER to the REAL law and the REAL legal system, Debra Jones has no “inside information” about the inner workings of the REAL law and the REAL system to share with you or with anyone else. Rod Class falsely claims to be a "Private Attorney General" under Title 42 U.S.C. § 1988 and/or The Civil Rights Act Of 1866, BOTH of which are ordinary, FEDERAL, “CIVIL RIGHTS” STATUTES. Class also falsely claims that these two ordinary, FEDERAL, “CIVIL RIGHTS” STATUTES somehow "authorize" him personally to "represent" any party in connection with any kind of case (not just “civil rights” cases) in any court and to otherwise practice law without a license in any court in any jurisdiction (STATE or FEDERAL) in that imaginary capacity. Finally, Class falsely claims that as a “Private Attorney General” under these TWO FEDERAL “CIVIL RIGHTS” STATUTES, he is EXTREMELY important, EXTREMELY powerful and EXTREMELY knowledgeable in the law.
But, contrary to Rod Class’ claims, THE TERM, “PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL” IS NOT A "PROFESSIONAL" OR "OCCUPATIONAL" TITLE (like “Attorney At Law” or like “Attorney General”), much less a "professional" or "occupational" TITLE for a non-lawyer who is knowledgeable in amateur/oppostional/defiant legal theories (FAKE laws) who is somehow authorized to represent a party in court and to otherwise practice law without a license in any court in any jurisdiction in that imaginary capacity.
FACT: THE TERM "PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL" DOES NOT APPEAR IN A SINGLE FEDERAL STATUTE, much less in Title 42 U.S.C. § 1988 or in the Civil Rights Act of 1866. FACT: Congress has NEVER “authorized” or “credentialed” any person to represent a party in court or to otherwise practice law without a license. FACT: Under the tenth amendment of the United States Constitution, Congress HAS NO POWER (“NO JURISDICTION”) to "authorize" or to "credential" any person to represent a party in court or to otherwise practice law (only the STATES can do that).
THE TRUTH: The term, "Private Attorney General" is actually a temporary, JUDICIAL nickname created and used by the FEDERAL COURTS (that expires by the end of the case) for an "ORDINARY CIVIL PLAINTIFF" (who has already WON an ordinary CIVIL case against a statutory violator) and who has NO knowledge of the law, who has NO legal authority, who has NO power and who has NO importance that any other "ORDINARY CIVIL PLAINTIFF" does not already have.
There are ONLY THREE DIFFERENCES between a generic "Private Attorney General" and ANY OTHER "ORDINARY CIVIL PLAINTIFF". First, a "Private Attorney General" is a (natural or artificial) person who/which is expressly authorized by the SAME STATUTE VIOLATED (or a statute that refers to the SAME STATUTE VIOLATED) TO BECOME AN "ORDINARY CIVIL PLAINTIFF" and to FILE an ordinary CIVIL suit against the party who/that allegedly violated the statute. Second, a "Private Attorney General" is also statutorily entitled by the SAME STATUTE VIOLATED (or a statute that refers to that SAME STATUTE VIOLATED) to an award of legal fees from the other side IF, AND ONLY IF he/she/it hires a REAL ATTORNEY AT LAW who actually WINS the CIVIL suit that/he/she/it actually FILED against the alleged statutory violator. Third, a "Private Attorney General" must actually WIN the CIVIL suit that he/she/it actually FILED against the alleged statutory violator.
If you will actually read the words that appear in Title 42 U.S.C. 1988 and/or the Civil Rights Act of 1866, (and the FEDERAL “CIVIL RIGHTS” STATUTES referred to in them), you will discover that THEY ONLY DO TWO THINGS in terms of the “CONCEPT” of a “Private Attorney General”. First, they permit a “VICTIM” (AND ONLY A “VICTIM”) of a statutory violation of the words that actually appear IN THOSE TWO FEDERAL “CIVIL RIGHTS” STATUTES (and to those FEDERAL “CIVIL RIGHTS” STATUTES referred to in them) AND ONLY THOSE STATUTES to become an "ORDINARY CIVIL PLAINTIFF" and to FILE an ordinary CIVIL suit against the alleged statutory violator IN FEDERAL COURT (AND ONLY IN FEDERAL COURT). Second, they permit the FEDERAL judge to award LEGAL FEES to the “ORDINARY CIVIL PLAINTIFF” IF, AND ONLY IF he/she/it actually hired a REAL ATTORNEY AT LAW who actually WINS that CIVIL case. THESE TWO FEDERAL CIVIL RIGHTS STATUTES DO NOTHING ELSE in terms of the “CONCEPT” of a “Private Attorney General”.
Indeed, The formal name of Title 42 U.S.C. § 1988 is actually the "CIVIL RIGHTS ATTORNEY’S FEES AWARDS ACT”. This means that the SOLE PURPOSE of that statute is TO PROVIDE PAYMENT to REAL ATTORNEYS AT LAW who actually WIN such CIVIL cases on behalf of “CIVIL RIGHTS” VICTIMS who have suffered a VIOLATION of one or more of the FEDERAL “CIVIL RIGHTS” STATUTES specifically enumerated in that statute.
Both Title 42 U.S.C. § § 1988 and the Civil Rights Act 0f 1866 are “FEE SHIFTING” statutes. This means that they “SHIFT” the WINNING party’s financial obligation to pay his/her/its OWN ATTORNEY’S LEGAL FEES to the LOSING party. As a result, “CIVIL RIGHTS” “VICTIMS” who have no money, but who have meritorious “CIVIL RIGHTS” cases, are still able to obtain the legal services of a REAL ATTORNEY AT LAW who will likely be paid by the other side at the end of the case.
Contrary to Rod Class’ claims, there is NOTHING about these TWO FEDERAL “CIVIL RIGHTS” STATUTES that "authorizes" or “credentials” any non-lawyer to “represent” a party in court, to practice law without a license or to use the temporary, JUDICIAL nickname, "Private Attorney General", as if it were a "professional" or "occupational" TITLE (like “Judge”, Prosecutor”, “Sheriff”, “Marshal” or “Deputy”, etc.).

I.Q. TEST: An attorney at law IS an attorney IN EVERY sense of the word. But, a "Private Attorney General" IS NOT an attorney IN ANY sense of the word! An attorney at law represents a party in court. But, a "Private Attorney General" IS A PARTY IN COURT! An attorney at law represents a client in court. But, a "Private Attorney General" IS A CLIENT IN COURT! An attorney at law acts on behalf of people WHO ARE IN COURT. But, a "Private Attorney General" acts on his/her/its own behalf and on behalf of people WHO ARE OUT OF COURT! A person’s status as an attorney at law CONTINUES AFTER THE END OF THE CASE. But, a person’s status of a "Private Attorney General" is temporary and ENDS, AT THE LATEST, AT THE END OF THE CASE! A person CANNOT BE a "Private Attorney General" AFTER THE END OF THE CASE any more than a person can be an "ORDINARY CIVIL PLAINTIFF" AFTER THE END OF THE CASE. But, Rod Class does not know this.

Well, a REAL governmental "Attorney General" WINS lawsuits against statutory violators which helps to enforce the law thereby benefitting society as a whole. Likewise, an "ORDINARY CIVIL PLAINTIFF" who WINS lawsuits against statutory violators also helps to enforce the law thereby benefitting society as a whole. Noting the similarity IN FUNCTION AND END RESULT between a REAL governmental "Attorney General" who WINS such lawsuits and an "ORDINARY CIVIL PLAINTIFF" who WINS such lawsuits, the FEDERAL courts, during that final portion of the case when legal fees might be awarded, began jokingly referring to such "ORDINARY CIVIL PLAINTIFFS" who WIN such lawsuits as "Private Attorneys General". The FEDERAL courts still use this temporary, JUDICIAL nickname, during that final portion of the case when legal fees might be awarded, to remind the litigants that such an "ORDINARY CIVIL PLAINTIFF" who has already WON such a CIVIL suit against a statutory violator has rendered a public service by helping to enforce the law and is, therefore, statutorily eligible for an award of legal fees IF, AND ONLY IF that "ORDINARY CIVIL PLAINTIFF" was represented by a REAL ATTORNEY AT LAW in WINNING the case. But, Rod Class does not know this.
DURATION: The term, "Private Attorney General" ONLY APPLIES to such an "ORDINARY CIVIL PLAINTIFF" from the time of any WIN of such a CIVIL case until the time WHEN ANY LEGAL FEES MIGHT BE AWARDED, or until the end of the case, whichever comes sooner. At that point, the temporary, JUDICIAL nickname, "Private Attorney General" has served its purpose AND EXPIRES FOREVER. So, there is NO SUCH THING as a “Private Attorney General” AFTER THE END OF THE CASE. But, Rod Class does not know this.
Thus, in creating and using this temporary, JUDICIAL nickname for an “ORDINARY CIVIL PLAINTIFF” (“Private Attorney General”), the FEDERAL COURTS were NOT thereby elevating non-lawyers who were knowledgeable in amateur/oppositional/defiant legal theories (FAKE laws) to the professional level of REAL “ATTORNEYS AT LAW” or REAL "ATTORNEYS GENERAL". In so doing, the FEDERAL COURTS were NOT thereby creating a "special class" of FAKE, phony, pretend, make-believe, unlicensed, uneducated, unqualified, self-proclaimed, self-appointed "attorneys" who were somehow "authorized" to represent a party in court or to otherwise practice law without a license in any court in any jurisdiction. Rodney DALE Class (“Rod Class”) is an amateur legal theorist with barely a high school education. Class has LOST EVERY SINGLE ADMINISTRATIVE AND JUDICIAL CASE IN WHICH HE HAS EVER BEEN INVOLVED (WELL OVER 65 COMPLETE, CONSECUTIVE LOSSES AND STILL COUNTING). Despite a year long investigation, we have not yet found a single case involving Class that he (or his side) ever won. The reason that Class has a 100% failure rate in the courts is that he uses amateur legal theories (FAKE laws) in court as if they were REAL laws. Class’ amateur legal theories are an IMAGINARY ALTERNATIVE to the REAL laws that are actually used by the courts and the legal system. THE HOAX
Class has own internet radio show on AIB radio which he uses to sell his amateur belief system about the law and the legal system––the same legal system in which he has LOST EVERY SINGLE ADMINISTRATIVE AND JUDICIAL CASE IN WHICH HE HAS EVER BEEN INVOLVED (OVER 65 COMPLETE, CONSECUTIVE LOSSES AND STILL COUNTING).
On July 8, 2014, in Episode 869, Class purported to bring in a “legal insider” as a guest on his radio show in order to validate, bolster and to provide support for his own amateur legal theorists about the law and the legal system. Class FRAUDULENTLY introduced this FAKE “legal insider” as “former attorney” and “former law enforcement officer”, “Debra Jones’’. As if those FRAUDULENT claims about Debra Jones were not bad enough, Debra Jones herself also FRAUDULENTLY claimed that she was once being “groomed” by the “Police Benevolent Association” to be “President of the United States” (an office that Rod Class himself once purported to run for as a “write-in candidate”). (In an apparent effort to cover all of the bases, Debra Jones has since added the titles “Dr.”, “ordained minister”, “martial artist” and “hypnotic therapist” to her resume’).
Not surprisingly, during this 2 hour 43 minute show, this FAKE “legal insider” mindlessly “parroted” the same “amateur legal theories” (FAKE laws) and utterly delusional claims about the law and the legal system that Class himself makes. Rod Class’ radio audience was understandably shocked and horrified by the FAKE, FALSE and FRAUDULENT claims of Debra Jones who they genuinely believed was a real “legal insider” who was telling them the truth. This FRAUDULENT radio show became an internet sensation and was re-posted all over the web, much to the delight of Rod Class and Debra Jones.
THE TRUTH
But, before putting her on his internet radio show, Class already knew that Debra Jones was NEVER a “former real estate attorney”, NEVER a “former law enforcement officer” and that she was NEVER being “groomed by the Police Benevolent Association to be “President of the United States”. The truth about Debra Jones is as follows::
1. Debra Jones’ REAL name is “Debra Jenks Jones”;
2. Debra Jenks Jones was born on May, 29, 1967;
3. As of today, Debra Jenks Jones is currently 49 years old;
4. Debra Jenks Jones’ social security number is (redacted) 531-80-XXXX;
5. Debra Jenks Jones lives at (redacted) XXXX XXXth Street Court, Puyallup, Pierce County, Washington State, 98375-6130 and has lived there since April of 1995. This is the reason that many of her “seminars” on “voodoo law” are CONVENIENTLY held in the nearby Yelp, Washington State area;
6. Debra Jenks Jones HAS NEVER HAD a “professional license” of ANY TYPE from ANY STATE which means that she was NEVER an “ attorney”, a person who would have had a “professional license” from at least one state (at least at some point in time in the past). This is the reason why Debra Jenks Jones will not reveal the name of the law school from which she allegedly received her law degree. This is also the reason that Debra Jenks Jones will not reveal the name of the state or states that allegedly issued her a license to practice law. Such a law school does not exist and such a state does not exist;
7. Debra Jenks Jones was NEVER a “law enforcement officer” in any jurisdiction. This is the REAL reason why Debra Jenks Jones will not reveal the name and location of the alleged law enforcement agency (or agencies) in which she was an allegedly employed as a “law enforcement officer”. Such a law enforcement agency does not exist;
8. Debra Jenks Jones was NEVER “being groomed by the Police Benevolent Association to be the President Of The United States”. This is the REAL reason that she will not reveal the names of the many people within that organization who were allegedly “grooming” her, the place where she was allegedly being “groomed” or the exact manner in which she was allegedly being “groomed”; 9. Debra Jenks Jones’ false claims to the effect that she grew up in Washington, D.C. and that she was a “former Congressional Aid” to a conveniently DEAD Congressman (to make verification impossible) in the “nation’s capital” was a self-glorifying fraud intended to throw investigators off of her trail as well as serving as an inside joke (because she really lives in Washington State, not in Washington, D.C.);
10. Debra Jones’ published address on one of her three websites of “55 Santa Clara Avenue, #220B, Oakland, California, 94610” is a fraud intended to throw investigators off her trail. This FAKE address causes persons looking for her to futilely look for her in the state of California, rather than in the state of Washington State, where she actually lives and does “business” while pretending to be a “former real estate attorney” and a “former law enforcement officer” when peddling her “seminars” on “voodoo law”, “FAKE law” and “amateur legal theories”;
11. Debra Jenks Jones’ published phone number on one of her three websites is “(360) 458-6678”. The fact that Debra Jenks Jones lives in Puyallup, Washington is the real reason that the area code for that phone number is “360”. Area code “360” is not the area code for Oakland, California (her published business address) or Washington, D.C. where she falsely claims to have grown up. Instead, area code “360” is the area code for that portion of Washington State south of Tacoma, Washington, where Puyallup, Washington is located (and where she has lived since 1995).
12. Debra Jenks Jones operates THREE FRAUDULENT WEBSITES in order to illegally and fraudulently solicit money from her victims; KnowMore-Laws.com; TrustUSproviders.com and ProTrustAcadmey.com.
13. As an complete OUTSIDER to the REAL law and the REAL legal system, Debra Jones has no “inside information” about the inner workings of the REAL law and the REAL system to share with you or with anyone else. She is a complete and total fraud. When you think about it, the “Debra Jones Hoax” and the “Judge DALE Hoax” have much in common. In the “Debra Jones Hoax”, Debra Jones manufactured FAKE titles and FAKE credentials for herself to help her “sell” her amateur belief system in the same way that in the “Judge DALE Hoax”, Rod Class manufactured a FAKE title and FAKE credentials for himself to help him “sell” his amateur belief system. Thus, Debra Jones fraudulently impersonates a FAKE “former attorney” and a FAKE “former police officer” when “selling” her amateur belief system while Rod Class fraudulently impersonates a FAKE “former federal judge” when “selling” his amateur belief system.
NOTE: It is a federal felony to use a “means of interstate commerce” (like the internet) to commit fraud (like soliciting and collecting money from victims for seminars by fraudulently claiming to be a “former attorney” and/or a “former police officer”). Regardless, in pretending to be a "14th Amendment, Section 4 Bounty Hunter" (as he mistakenly defines it), Class: 1). claims to have a number of imaginary "duties" that he is "obligated" to perform in that imaginary capacity; 2). signs and seals his court papers to that effect; 3). had made, and often wears a FAKE, homemade "COSTUME" falsely indicating such; 3). marked his used Jeep with FAKE vinyl decals falsely indicating such; 4). adorned the "backdrop" of his backyard radio/video studio/set with a FAKE wall plague falsely indicating such; and 5). files lawsuits and disrupts court proceedings pretending to be such.
THE TRUTH:
1). The term, “Public Debt” means MONEY THAT THE PUBLIC OWES TO OTHERS (not the other way around).
2). The fourteenth amendment, section 4 DOES NOT CREATE OR ENFORCE A "BOUNTY" FOR THOSE WHO RECOVER MONEY THAT IS CURRENTLY OWED TO THE PUBLIC NOW.
3). The fourteenth amendment, section 4 ONCE REQUIRED THE PUBLIC TO PAY "BOUNTIES" TO THOSE (AND ONLY TO THOSE) WHO "SUPPRESS[ED]... INSURRECTION... [AND] REBELLION" (REFERRING TO THE CONFEDERATE SOUTH DURING THE CIVIL WAR OVER 150 YEARS AGO).
The fourteenth amendment, Section 4 reads:

4). This provision in the United States Constitution was written immediately following the Civil War in direct response to a specific threat made by Southern states and their sympathizers. At the time (150 years ago), the Union had promised to pay "PENSIONS" and "BOUNTIES" to people who had helped the Union defeat the confederate South during the Civil War (to which the terms, "INSURRECTION" and "REBELLION", refer in the 14th amendment, section 4). The Southern states objected to the payment of these "PENSIONS" and "BOUNTIES" (effectively "rewards" to people for defeating the confederate South during the Civil War) and they threatened to pass federal legislation banning the payment of these "PENSIONS" and BOUNTIES" in the event that they ever became a majority in Congress. SO, THE SOLE PURPOSE OF THIS SECTION OF THE CONSTITUTION WAS TO PREEMPTIVELY NULLIFY ANY FUTURE EFFORTS ON THE PART OF THE SOUTHERN STATES TO PASS FEDERAL LEGISLATION BANNING THE PAYMENT OF "PENSIONS" AND "BOUNTIES" TO PEOPLE THAT HAD HELPED THE UNION DEFEAT THE CONFEDERATE SOUTH DURING THE CIVIL WAR OVER 150 YEARS AGO. On July 8, 2014, in Episode 869, Class purported to bring in a "LEGAL INSIDER" as a guest on his radio show and introduced her as "former attorney" and "former law enforcement officer", "Debra Jones’’. (See links at very top.).
Not surprisingly, during this 2 hour 43 minute show, Jones made the same utterly delusional claims about the law and the legal system that Class himself makes. But, Jones also claimed that: 1). as a “former police woman”, she and her fellow officers did nothing but intentionally break the law to harm the public; and that 2). as a “former attorney”, she, the judges, the prosecutors and her fellow attorneys did nothing but intentionally break the law to harm the public. Class’ radio audience was understandably SHOCKED and HORRIFIED by the claims of Jones whom they genuinely believed was a REAL "legal insider" who was actually telling them the TRUTH. This radio show became an internet sensation, much to the delight of Class and Jones (because it successfully incited the hatred and violence that is was intended to incite).
THE TRUTH:
There was only one problem. THE WHOLE THING WAS ONE BIG HOAX. THE HOAX: Rod Class falsely claims that the court in his Washington, D.C. case "sealed" the court file in that case because his amateur "paperwork" (contained in that court file) would have "overturned all of the court cases that [ever] came before" it. But, this is not so.
THE TRUTH: The court "sealed" the court file in that case BECAUSE IT CONTAINED ROD CLASS' PSYCHIATRIC RECORDS.
FACT: Because court files are public, courts often "seal" court records TO PROTECT THE PRIVACY of certain types of litigants such as juvenile offenders, victims of sexual assault, parties to an adoption AND PERSONS WHOSE PSYCHIATRIC RECORDS ARE CONTAINED IN THE COURT FILE. (1) Indeed, it is precisely because courts “seal” such court files (or parts thereof) that CLASS’ FOLLOWERS HAVE NEVER KNOWN ABOUT HIS LONG HISTORY OF PSYCHIATRIC PROBLEMS.
THE CASE: Class was CHARGED WITH A FELONY and FACED SERIOUS PRISON TIME. What's more, Class (who only has a high school education and who is functionally illiterate) ASKED THE COURT IF HE COULD REPRESENT HIMSELF. To make matters even worse, Class EXHIBITED SIGNS OF MENTAL ILLNESS. (In this case, the court stated, in writing, that it had become concerned about Class' mental health because his court filings were "SIMPLY INCOMPREHENSIBLE" and because of the delusional "SUBSTANCE" of his written and oral communications with the court, all signs of mental illness). It is customary in such circumstances for the court to have such a defendant UNDERGO A PSYCHIATRIC EXAMINATION before making a decision as to whether such a defendant may represent himself. (2) The purpose of such a psychiatric examination is to determine whether such a defendant is mentally competent TO MAKE THE DECISION TO REPRESENT HIMSELF. The purpose of such a psychiatric examination IS NOT TO DETERMINE WHETHER SUCH A DEFENDANT IS MENTALLY CAPABLE OF ACTUALLY REPRESENTING HIMSELF. (Under the law, the court must allow such a defendant to represent himself if he is mentally competent to make the decision to represent himself EVEN IF, AS HERE, HE WAS NOT MENTALLY CAPABLE OF ACTUALLY REPRESENTING HIMSELF.). (3) So, on February 3rd, 2014, the court ordered Class to undergo a psychiatric examination and appointed a psychiatrist for that purpose. (4) After the psychiatric examination, the clerk filed Class' psychiatric records in the court file. So, the court properly "sealed" the court file TO PREVENT THE PUBLIC FROM HAVING ACCESS TO CLASS' PSYCHIATRIC RECORDS. (5)
RESULTS: Based on all the evidence, the court determined that Class WAS NOT mentally capable of actually representing himself. While OBVIOUSLY TRUE, this determination was legally irrelevant. (Under the law, the court is only supposed to determine whether such a defendant is mentally competent enough to make the decision to represent himself.). Clearly, the court here was sympathetic towards Class under the circumstances and was going out of its way to prevent him from committing "legal suicide". (6) Regardless, the court made a second determination and found that Class was mentally competent ENOUGH to make the decision to represent himself (despite correctly finding that Class WAS NOT mentally capable of actually representing himself).
THE "PAPERWORK": Amateur legal theories are pure "pretend" and "make believe" AND CANNOT "OVERTURN" ANYTHING. THE HOAX SIMPLIFIED: This HOAX arose out of TWO cases that Class LOST. In BOTH of these two cases, Class sued BOTH private corporations AND government agencies IN THE SAME CASE. Like all of the cases that Class files, he LOST these two cases too. In their DISMISSALS of these two cases (throwing them out of court), the judges in BOTH OF THESE TWO CASES referred to the private corporations that Class had sued and to the government agencies that Class had sued SEPARATELY (one ruling DISMISSING the government agencies that Class had sued and a different ruling DISMISSING the private corporations that Class had sued). But, in trying to explain away these two LOSSES to his followers, Class fraudulently “SWITCHED” the judges’ words about the private corporations that Class had sued with the judges’ words about the government agencies that Class had sued. By “SWITCHING” the judges’ words about the private corporations with the judges’ words about the government agencies, Class fraudulently created the ILLUSION that when the judges were actually talking about the private corporations, they were instead talking about all of the government agencies. Specifically, Class filed an administrative suit against the North Carolina Department of Transportation (a STATE-WIDE government "agency" which was immune from suit by statute), against a “LOCAL” city police department (over which the administrative court had no jurisdiction because it was a "LOCAL" “UNIT OF GOVERNMENT", rather than a STATE-WIDE "agency" under the Governor) and against a SINGLE private contractor that sold vehicle license plates for the State of North Carolina (over which the administrative court had no jurisdiction because it was a SINGLE “private entitY”). In fairness to Class, who only has a high school education and who is functionally illiterate, CLASS MISTAKENLY BELIEVED THAT HE HAD SUED THREE GOVERNMENT AGENCIES in this case. That is why he sued all three defendants in state administrative court. (He mistakenly believed that all three defendants were state-wide government "agencies" over which state administrative courts usually have jurisdiction.). But, in fact in this case, Class had actually sued ONLY TWO GOVERNMENT AGENCIES (OR “UNITS”) and a SINGLE PRIVATE CONTRACTOR that sold vehicle license plates for the State of North Carolina.
Class mistakenly believed that the SINGLE “private entitY” that he had mistakenly sued in this case was a government agency because he did not know that FOR MORE THAN HALF A CENTURY, THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA HAS USED PRIVATE CONTRACTORS TO SELL VEHICLE LICENSE PLATES TO NORTH CAROLINA VEHICLE OWNERS. If Class had bothered to do a little research before filing suit, he would have discovered that the SINGLE “private entitY” that he mistakenly sued (in the mistaken belief that it was a government agency) was a not a governmental agency at all. A few of our federal agencies are structured as PUBLICLY-OWED, NON-PROFIT “federal corporations” (NO PROFITS, NO “PRIVATE OWNERS”, NO “STOCKHOLDERS”, etc.). In general, all of the federal agencies that are structured this way have two things in common, they all have their own customers (or their own source of revenue) and none of them are supposed to receive any money from Congress. Three well-known examples of such federal agencies are the United States Postal Service, AMTRAK and the Tennessee Valley Authority (a publicly-owned, non-profit ELECTRICAL POWER utility). You will note that ALL THREE of these PUBLICLY-OWNED, NON-PROFIT “federal corporations” have their own customers and none of them are supposed to receive any money from Congress. There are THREE MAIN REASONS that the federal government structured such federal agencies as PUBLICLY-OWNED, NON-PROFIT “federal corporations”: 1). To force each such federal agency to work within their own budgets BY USING THEIR OWN REVENUES (received from their own customers/sources) rather than depending on money from Congress; 2). To relieve taxpayers of the burden of paying for governmental services that they might not even use (ex: not everyone uses snail mail, rides trains or lives in the "Tennessee Valley"): and 3). To ensure that each such federal agency provide the highest possible quality of service at the lowest possible cost to the taxpayer in order to avoid their own failure and collapse (which, due to this structure, would have no adverse effect on the taxpayer). It's all about fairness to the taxpayer.
SO, WHAT DOES THIS DEFINITION IN TITLE 28 U.S.C. § 3002 (15) (a) ACTUALLY MEAN?
The Fair Debt Collection Procedure Act requires the "United States" to follow certain "PROCEDURE" when collecting certain debts. And, SOLELY FOR PURPOSES OF THAT "PROCEDURE" ONLY, Title 28 U.S.C. § 3002(15 (a) defines the "United States" to "INCLUDE", among other things, all its "federal corporations". So, if AMTRAK (a "federal corporation") sought to collect on such a debt, it would have to follow the same "PROCEDURE" set forth in the Fair Debt Collection Procedure Act that any other part of the "United States" government have to follow. It's that simple.
CONCLUSION: Title 28 U.S.C. § 3002 (15) (a) DOES NOT define the United States as a ”federal corporation”. Instead, it defines a “federal corporation” (like AMTRAK) as the “United States” SOLELY FOR PURPOSES OF THE FEDERAL DEBT COLLECTION PROCEDURE ACT. Certainly, this definition IN THE FEDERAL DEBT COLLECTION PROCEDURE ACT does not mean that the entire federal government itself is a “private, for-profit corporation” (the "bad kind"). But, consider this. Even if the "United States" was such a "corporation", and it is not, all of the governmental decisions made by that alleged "corporation" ARE STILL MADE BY PEOPLE THAT WE ELECT TO RUN IT and their appointees.

THE TRUTH: The court "sealed" the court file in that case BECAUSE IT CONTAINED ROD CLASS' PSYCHIATRIC RECORDS.
FACT: Because court files are public, courts often "seal" court records TO PROTECT THE PRIVACY of certain types of litigants such as juvenile offenders, victims of sexual assault, parties to an adoption AND PERSONS WHOSE PSYCHIATRIC RECORDS ARE CONTAINED IN THE COURT FILE. (1) Indeed, it is precisely because courts “seal” such court files (or parts thereof) that CLASS’ FOLLOWERS HAVE NEVER KNOWN ABOUT HIS LONG HISTORY OF PSYCHIATRIC PROBLEMS.
THE CASE: Class was CHARGED WITH A FELONY and FACED SERIOUS PRISON TIME. What's more, Class (who only has a high school education and who is functionally illiterate) ASKED THE COURT IF HE COULD REPRESENT HIMSELF. To make matters even worse, Class EXHIBITED SIGNS OF MENTAL ILLNESS. (In this case, the court stated, in writing, that it had become concerned about Class' mental health because his court filings were "SIMPLY INCOMPREHENSIBLE" and because of the delusional "SUBSTANCE" of his written and oral communications with the court, all signs of mental illness). It is customary in such circumstances for the court to have such a defendant UNDERGO A PSYCHIATRIC EXAMINATION before making a decision as to whether such a defendant may represent himself. (2) The purpose of such a psychiatric examination is to determine whether such a defendant is mentally competent TO MAKE THE DECISION TO REPRESENT HIMSELF. The purpose of such a psychiatric examination IS NOT TO DETERMINE WHETHER SUCH A DEFENDANT IS MENTALLY CAPABLE OF ACTUALLY REPRESENTING HIMSELF. (Under the law, the court must allow such a defendant to represent himself if he is mentally competent to make the decision to represent himself EVEN IF, AS HERE, HE WAS NOT MENTALLY CAPABLE OF ACTUALLY REPRESENTING HIMSELF.). (3) So, on February 3rd, 2014, the court ordered Class to undergo a psychiatric examination and appointed a psychiatrist for that purpose. (4) After the psychiatric examination, the clerk filed Class' psychiatric records in the court file. So, the court properly "sealed" the court file TO PREVENT THE PUBLIC FROM HAVING ACCESS TO CLASS' PSYCHIATRIC RECORDS. (5)
RESULTS: Based on all the evidence, the court determined that Class WAS NOT mentally capable of actually representing himself. While OBVIOUSLY TRUE, this determination was legally irrelevant. (Under the law, the court is only supposed to determine whether such a defendant is mentally competent enough to make the decision to represent himself.). Clearly, the court here was sympathetic towards Class under the circumstances and was going out of its way to prevent him from committing "legal suicide". (6) Regardless, the court made a second determination and found that Class was mentally competent ENOUGH to make the decision to represent himself (despite correctly finding that Class WAS NOT mentally capable of actually representing himself).

The purpose of the original power point slide show presentation was to introduce the thousands of military contractors in attendance at the convention to potential, future, high-tech weapons that OTHER NATIONS could theoretically develop for use against the American people (AS DEPICTED IN THE ORIGINAL POWER POINT PRESENTATION) AND TO ENCOURAGE THOSE MILITARY CONTRACTORS IN ATTENDANCE TO DEVELOP COUNTERMEASURES AGAINST THEM.
Obviously, the FIRST such military contractors to develop successful COUNTER MEASURES to use AGAINST such theoretical, potential, future, high-tech weapons (as depicted in the original slide show presentation) would be more likely to be awarded profitable government contracts to manufacture them. This is why the thousands of military contractors in attendance at the convention would have been so interested in this particular subject. Nowhere in the subject original document does it imply, suggest or state that NASA itself or the United States Government were developing or using any of these horrific, potential, future weapons AGAINST the American people themselves.
BACKGROUND: The original power point slide show presentation was created by Dennis M. Bushnell, Chief NASA Scientist at NASA’s Langley Research Center in Langley, Virginia. As NASA's chief scientist, Bushnell was an expert on potential, future, military technology that OTHER NATIONS might theoretically develop for use against the American people. For this reason, Bushnell was asked to speak at an upcoming CONVENTION which would be attended by thousands of military contractors who were in the business of developing COUNTERMEASURES to such theoretical, potential, future, high-tech weapons.
The title of the Bushnell’s presentation at the upcoming convention was “FUTURE Strategic Issues/FUTURE Warfare (CIRCA 2025)" (note the YEAR, "2025"). Bushnell first published his original power point slide show presentation TO THE PUBLIC on the “US Department of Defense’s Defense Technical INFORMATION CENTER" website (a PUBLIC website) in July 2001, a month BEFORE the convention at which he was to speak on the subject. (So much for the promoter's “secret” or “leaked” document story.).
Bushnell actually gave his power point slide show presentation on August 14th, 2001 at the “4th Annual Testing and Training FOR READINESS ["having successful COUNTERMEASURES"] Symposium and Exhibition" which was held at the Rosen Centre Hotel (then, the OMNI Rosen Hotel) in Orlando, Florida. The theme of the convention/symposium/exposition was “EMERGING CHALLENGES [potential FUTURE weapons] AND OPPORTUNITIES ["BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES"] (its REAL name)”. The convention was hosted by the National DEFENSE Industrial Association ("NDIA"), a trade association for American military contractors.
PDF metadata (see below) of the promoter’s HIGHLY “MODIFIED” version of the original document indicates that it was “created” on “March 27, 2011 (10 years AFTER Bushnell’s presentation), that it was "created" by the promoter’s co-conspirator and that it was “LAST MODIFIED” (means last "changed", “altered” or “re-written”) on January 23, 2013 (12 years after Bushnell’s presentation). The promoter and her co-conspirator made these extensive "MODIFICATIONS" to the original document in order to make the promoter’s HIGHLY- "MODIFIED" version better fit THE FRAUD that they were peddling (“NASA is killing us all with horrific, high-tech weapons.”). Not surprisingly, the promoter never disclosed ("revealed") these extensive (AND SECRET) "MODIFICATIONS" to her followers. Needless to say, the truth does not need "MODIFICATION". Only lies need "MODIFICATION".
Archive.org (which records everything ever posted online) indicates that Bushnell’s original power point slide presentation was posted in the “PUBLIC DOMAIN” FOR THE PUBLIC TO SEE on the “US Department of Defense’s Defense Technical INFORMATION CENTER website" (a PUBLIC website). (So much for the promoter's “secret” document story.). Archive.org indicates that the subject original document WAS NEVER POSTED ANYWHERE ELSE ON THE WEB (including any NASA website).
The promoter had good reason for misleading the American people about the true source of the original document. If she truthfully admitted that the original document was downloaded from the website of the “US Department of DEFENSE’S DEFENSE Technical INFORMATION CENTER” (a PUBLIC website), then the original document would not appear to be "secret", nefarious or otherwise part of a conspiracy. This is because, as a general rule, the government does not usually post written proof of its own conspiracies against its own people on ITS OWN PUBLIC “INFORMATION CENTER” WEBSITES).
CONCLUSION: Contrary to the promoter's claims, THE "NASA WAR DOCUMENT" DOES NOT REFLECT AN EFFORT ON THE PART OF NASA (OR THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT) TO KILL ALL OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE WITH HORRIFIC, FUTURISTIC, HIGH-TECH WEAPONS. To the contrary, the ORIGINAL "NASA WAR DOCUMENT" actually reflects an effort on the part of a single NASA scientist (and hundreds of American military contractors) TO PROTECT THE AMERICAN PEOPLE FROM POTENTIAL, FUTURE, HIGH-TECH WEAPONS THAT OTHER NATIONS COULD THEORETICALLY DEVELOP FOR USE AGAINST THE AMERICAN PEOPLE IN THE FUTURE (AS DEPICTED IN THE ORIGINAL PRESENTATION), exactly backwards to what the promoter claims in her hoax. BACKGROUND:

Class entered into a plea deal whereby he would plead GUILTY to the FELONY charge against him in exchange for the prosecutor recommending a light sentence to the judge. As part of the plea deal, CLASS WAIVED ("GAVE UP") HIS RIGHT TO APPEAL, first in the plea agreement itself and again in open court.
Thereafter, Class realized that his GUILTY plea to a FELONY (in the plea deal) would make him ineligible for his conceal and carry permit from the State Of North Carolina (which does not allow CONVICTED FELONS to have such permits). So, Class VIOLATED the terms of his own plea agreement (in which he WAIVED his right to appeal) AND FILED AN APPEAL OF HIS CASE ANYWAY.
In his appeal, Class raised a number of amateur legal theories. Class also MISTAKENLY claimed that the statute that he was convicted of violating HAD ALREADY BEEN DECLARED UNCONSTITUTIONAL and he MISTAKENLY claimed that under the "full faith and credit" clause, he was authorized by his North Carolina conceal and carry permit him to "CARRY" handguns/firearms into Washington, D.C. AND onto United States Capitol grounds (which behavior, unknown to Class, ACTUALLY VIOLATED the terms his conceal and carry permit from that state). BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, CLASS NEVER KNEW TO RAISE (AND DID NOT RAISE) THE ISSUE OF WHETHER HE COULD FILE AN APPEAL OF HIS CASE IN THE FIRST PLACE (a right that he had TWICE unconditionally WAIVED, first in his plea deal and again in open court).
The Court Of Appeals received Class' amateur appellate brief and the entire court file from the trial court below (which contained Class' PSYCHIATRIC records). Both PROVED that Class was ILLITERATE, UNEDUCATED and MENTALLY ILL. So, as the trial court had done below (with "STAND BY" counsel to represent Class), the Court Of Appeals ALSO hired, AT THE GOVERNMENT'S EXPENSE, a law firm to represent Class on appeal and ordered it, in writing, to "act on Class' behalf". Because Class wanted to represent himself on appeal, the Court of Appeals "humored" Class by calling the law firm that it hired to represent Class an "amicus curiae" ("friend of court"). But, the reality is that this law firm was under written court orders to represent Class as his law firm on appeal, regardless of the terminology used. Class' law firm DID NOT TAKE CLASS' CASE "FREE" AS A MATTER OF "PRINCIPLE". IT TOOK CLASS' CASE FOR THE MONEY! And, lucky for Class.
Class' law firm immediately realized that Class had MISTAKENLY FAILED to raise the "THRESHOLD QUESTION" of WHETHER HE COULD EVEN FILE AN APPEAL OF HIS CASE IN THE FIRST PLACE (after TWICE waiving that right, in the plea agreement and again in open court). Without addressing and disposing of this legal issue, THERE WOULD BE NO APPEAL. But, Class did not know this. So, Class' law firm "COVERED" FOR HIS MISTAKE by raising this omitted legal issue for him (thereby saving the entire appeal). Unfortunately, the Court Of Appeals held that Class HAD WAIVED HIS RIGHT TO APPEAL.
In response to this adverse ruling, Class' law firm ALONE filed an appeal to the Supreme Court. CLASS WAS NOT INVOLVED IN THIS APPEAL IN ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM (AND WILL NEVER BE SO INVOLVED). The SOLE QUESTION in this new appeal before the Supreme Court is WHETHER A PERSON (ANY PERSON) CAN FILE AN APPEAL challenging the constitutionality of a statute WHICH THEY HAVE ALREADY PLED GUILTY TO VIOLATING. THE HOAX: Class FRAUDULENTLY CLAIMS that the Court Of Appeals hired his law firm to represent him because his amateur "paperwork" WAS SO GOOD. Class also FRAUDULENTLY CLAIMS that his law firm and other interested parties who joined in the current appeal did so to "BACK UP' his amateur "paperwork". But, none of this so.
THE TRUTH: The Court Of Appeals hired Class' law firm to represent him because his amateur "paperwork" WAS SO BAD! Further, the Court Of Appeals HAD PROOF in its own files that Class was FUNCTIONALLY-ILLITERATE, UNEDUCATED AND MENTALLY ILL. FACT: COURTS DO NOT PROVIDE ATTORNEYS TO LITIGANTS WHO ARE CAPABLE OF REPRESENTING THEMSELVES. COURTS ONLY PROVIDE ATTORNEYS TO LITIGANTS WHO ARE INCAPABLE OF REPRESENTING THEMSELVES (as was the case here). Further, the other interested parties who joined in the current appeal DO NOT "BACK UP" Class' amateur "paperwork" either! Instead, they ONLY "BACK UP" CLASS' LAW FIRM IN ITS ENTIRELY SEPARATE LEGAL ARGUMENT WHICH CLASS NEVER KNEW ABOUT AND WHICH CLASS NEVER RAISED ANYWHERE AT ANYTIME.
WHAT THOSE INVOLVED DO NOT YET KNOW:
1. Class WAS ACTUALLY ON PROBATION at the time of his ARREST in this case for a previous North Carolina CRIMINAL CONVICTION (which PROBATION was conditioned upon Class NOT POSSESSING ANY "WEAPONS" OF ANY KIND for a year ). Lincoln Cty [North Carolina] Gen. Ct. Of Justice, Dist. Ct. Div. Case No. 13CR050407. Thus, Class WAS IN ILLEGAL POSSESSION of "WEAPONS" at the time of his ARREST in this case (not even considering his additional violation of FEDERAL law). SO, CLASS WAS NOT A "LAW ABIDING CITIZEN" AT THE TIME OF HIS ARREST, as he fraudulently contends.
2. Class SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD a conceal and carry permit from the state of North Carolina in the first place. This is because Class was ALREADY A CONVICTED FELON before applying for such a permit from that state (and that state DOES NOT issue such permits to CONVICTED FELONS). N.C.G.S. 14_415.12(b)(3). http://ncleg.net/gascripts/statutes/statutelookup.pl?statute=14-415.12 . Specifically, in 2001, Class was CONVICTED in Ohio of the FELONY POSSESSION (in his car) a fully-loaded, ILLEGALLY-SAWED-OFF Springfield shotgun. Ct. of Common Pleas, Tuscarawas Cty, Ohio, Case No. 2001 CR 12 0298. Ironically, Class WAS ALSO ON PROBATION at the time of that FELONY ARREST for a previous Ohio gun-related CRIME (which constituted another PROBATION VIOLATION by Class). Canton [Ohio] Mun. Ct., Case No. 1999CRB05550). Regardless, Class DID NOT fit any exception to the conceal and carry statute and WAS NOT eligible for the "restoration" of his firearm rights (so as to be issued such a permit from that state). Thus, Class apparently obtained his conceal and carry permit from North Carolina by FRAUD (itself a criminal act). Further, the sentencing judge in this case DID NOT KNOW that Class was ALREADY a CONVICTED FELON at the time of sentencing (Class INTENTIONALLY OMITTED this fact from the pre-sentencing statement upon which the judge and prosecutor relied). Astonishingly, Class was also ARRESTED and JAILED TWO MORE TIMES during this case, once for refusing to appear at his own trial and once for resisting arrest following a traffic stop.
3. Unknown to Class, IT WAS ALSO ILLEGAL for him to have "CARRIED" handguns or firearms onto United States Capitol grounds UNDER HIS OWN CONCEAL AND CARRY PERMIT FROM THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA. Unknown to Class, his permit from that state EXPRESSLY FORBADE CLASS FROM POSSESSING OR CARRYING HANDGUNS OR FIREARMS ON ANY FEDERAL PROPERTY WHERE SUCH WEAPONS ARE NOT PERMITTED BY FEDERAL LAW. So, contrary to Class' understanding, his having a North Carolina “conceal and carry” permit DID NOT constitute a "defense" to the federal charges against him in this case.
4. Even if Class had a "second amendment" defense to "CARRYING" three loaded handguns and one fully loaded rifle onto United States Capitol grounds, Class HAD NO "SECOND AMENDMENT DEFENSE" to "CARRYING" THE OTHER "DANGEROUS WEAPONS" onto United States Capitol grounds WHICH WERE ALSO PROHIBITED BY THE SAME FEDERAL STATUTE (one machete, fourteen knives and daggers, one illegal switch blade, three axes, etc.).
5. It is true that Class may not have realized that he had driven and parked his vehicle (loaded with "DANGEROUS WEAPONS") on United States Capitol grounds. Thus, Class may not have had "mens rea" (knowledge of wrongdoing) in connection with that prohibited act. But, Class DID HAVE "MENS REA" ABOUT BEING ON PROBATION AT THE TIME AND THAT HIS PROBATION MADE HIS POSSESSION OF ANY "WEAPON" AT THE TIME ILLEGAL.

ANSWER: He was manufacturing a hoax to "TRICK" his own followers and the courts into believing that "Congress" had authorized him to practice law without a license. (Class mistakenly believed that Congress had such a power. But, it does not. Class did not know that under Article I, section 8 (which lists all of the powers of Congress) and under the tenth amendment (which reserves TO THE STATES all powers not delegated to the federal government in the U.S. Constitution), ONLY THE STATES HAVE THE POWER TO DO THAT.). (1)
Regardless, based on his mistaken belief, Class FORGED a two-page document (in all Italic font) consisting of a FAKE CONGRESSIONAL LETTERHEAD and a FAKE SIGNATURE PAGE (with a FAKE signature line for BOTH the HOUSE and the SENATE "judiciary committees"). (2) In his FORGERY, Class DESIGNATED HIMSELF a "Private Attorney General" under two civil rights statutes (not realizing that such was actually a CIVIL RIGHTS CLIENT who could not practice law or represent another person in court). (3) In his FORGERY, Class also DESIGNATED HIMSELF a "14th Amendment, Section 4 Bounty Hunter" (not realizing that such was actually a Union CIVIL WAR SOLDIER 150 years ago). (4) Finally, in his FORGERY, Class also AUTHORIZED HIMSELF to practice law without a license (not realizing that Congress has no power to provide such an authorization). (No link to this FORGERY is yet available.). Class actually admits to all of this. (5)
BACKGROUND I: When ANYONE hand files ANY document with Congress, Congressional aides sign and date-stamp the word, "RECEIVED" on the top page of that document. Then, they provide the deliverer of the document with a duplicate of that same signed and date-stamped document for their own records (like a "receipt"). Class then uses the signed and date-stamped duplicate of HIS OWN FORGERY to create the illusion that Congress (rather than Class) wrote and issued the FORGERY. (After all, by then Class' FORGERY appears to be on Congressional letterhead, bears Congressional date stamps and has signatures "from Congress"). But, in truth, no single Congressman (much less ALL OF CONGRESS) ever takes any action on the FORGERIES that Class' UNILATERALLY hand files with Congressional aides in this way. Indeed, Congress has no power to take any such action in the first place. But, Class does not know this.
MISTAKES ON TOP OF MISTAKES: All of this means that Class was so INCOMPETENT that in manufacturing this HOAX that he actually solicited signatures and date-stamps FROM THE WRONG GOVERNMENTAL BRANCH (legislative instead of judicial) OF THE WRONG GOVERNMENTAL SOVEREIGN (federal instead of state). You cannot get more INCOMPETENT than that. (In order to manufacture a really good hoax, YOU HAVE TO KNOW WHAT YOU ARE LYING ABOUT, and Class does not.).
BACKGROUND II: Class fraudulently-marked his used Jeep with several large FAKE vinyl decals to make it look like a law enforcement patrol vehicle. (6)
FACTS: On May 30th, 2013, Class (in his imaginary capacity as a Private Attorney General) was en route from North Carolina to Pennsylvania to "help" an unwary victim LOSE his weapons case there. But, Class stopped in D.C. along the way to obtain some Congressional aide signatures and date-stamps on his FORGERY. In so doing, Class illegally parked his conspicuously-marked Jeep on United States Capitol grounds in a parking lot located closest to occupied Congressional office buildings during business hours. This parking lot was clearly marked in such a way as to indicate that Class was not to park there. After illegally parking, went inside the adjacent Congressional office buildings for the reasons stated. When Class returned to the parking lot (delighted to have obtained what he had come for), he discovered that his conspicuously-marked Jeep was surrounded by a team of uniformed federal law enforcement officers who were busy peering through its windows counting all of the illegal "dangerous weapons" that were visible inside (and located within a few feet of occupied Congressional office buildings during business hours). (Think "Timothy McVeigh", the Murrah Federal Building and the Oklahoma City Bombing in a post-911 world.).
In his Jeep, federal officers founds one fully-loaded rifle, three fully-loaded handguns, one of which was completely and illegally unsecured and positioned between the front seats for quick and easy access, several hundred more rounds of ammunition for all four firearms on-board, one large machete on the driver’’s side door for easy access, fourteen large knives & daggers of varying size and lethal effect, one illegal spring-deployed switch blade knife and three more axes of various sizes and lethal effect.
When officers asked Class if the Jeep was his, he replied, "Yes". When officers asked Class it he had driven his Jeep on to United State Capitol grounds and parked it where it sat, Class replied, "Yes". When officers asked Class if the weapons inside the Jeep were his, he replied, "Yes". On the basis of these voluntary confessions (all of which Class openly admits to), Class was charged and convicted of "carrying" "dangerous weapons" "onto United States Capitol grounds". (7) It's that simple. There was nothing bizarre, unusual, fraudulent, corrupt, illegal or unconstitutional about what the officers or the courts did in this case, despite Class' fraudulent claims to the contrary.
Unknown to Class, his conduct here also violated the terms of his conceal and carry permit from North Carolina. So, unknown to Class, his permit offered him no defense to the charges against him here. (8)
Unknown to Class, even if he had a second amendment defense to "carrying" firearms or handguns onto United States Capitol grounds in a post 9-11 world , he had no second amendment defense to "carrying" THE OTHER "dangerous weapons" (including machetes, knives & daggers, switch blades and axes) onto United States Capitol grounds.
NOTE: Class is desperate to appear to be something that he is not (Private Attorney General, Fourteenth Amendment Section 4 Bounty Hunter, winning litigator, legal genius, etc.).
FACT: If Class had not stopped in D.C. to obtain Congressional aide signatures and date-stamps on his FORGERY (in order to appear to be something that he is not), Class WOULD NOT have been arrested and convicted of "carrying dangerous weapons onto U.S. Capitol grounds".
FACT: If Class had not ALSO fraudulently-marked his jeep with FAKE vinyl decals (in order to appear to be something that he is not), Class' vehicle would have likely escaped the attention of federal law enforcement officers and Class WOULD NOT likely have been arrested or convicted of "carrying dangerous weapons onto U.S. Capitol grounds".
