Low iron in Child what are my options?
How common and what would cause a child (12 years old) to be low in iron. What should be done to rectify this so there are no future iron issues. Ie: supplementation, food sources, etc????

        Hi MCW,
        I from the UK, a year ago I found out that I was in adrenal fatigue stage 3 and had a HMA done (march 2017) which showed all four low pattern, i have worked one year with my nutrition practitioner mainly on my gut and adding in a lot of magnesium, stopping exercise etc and although i feel slightly better not much has changed and when i had my HMA retest at the beginning of this month (March 2018) i am still in all four low pattern.
        I have been following your threads from years ago and hoped you could give me some insight on a way forward as you seem to have been through this and done well. I'm hoping you are all better now.
        
        I have been recommended to do the ARL protocol by my nutritionist as our last years efforts have failed, however i have read alot about how very intensive it is, possibly too fast and aggressive & and most seem to have a problem with the Paramin sup.
        
        My current state of health is that i do manage to work full time but feel tired when i get home and have not been able to resume exercise yet. The tiredness effects my mood and i don't engage with the world as i would like to due to lack of energy. I would say i have more bad days than good where i just feel under par and missing out, i certainly don't feel energised ever!
        
        I have just started a part time university course and i am concerned that i will not be able to study on the ARL Protocol. My question to you is how bad do you feel when doing the ARL protocol and would you recommend starting on the TEI instead now that you have been through it? Or is there another way out of this?

And I will add that people make good progress without eating 9 cups a day. I'm in a FB group where people eat lots of veggies but may not eat 9 cups a day. I see good changes on my hair tests.     I see this post is quite a few years old but I just wanted to check in and see how TEI NB worked out for you? Hello,

I have started on the ARL nutritional balancing program and am having issues with the calcium. I am in a four lows pattern and instructed to take high doses of calcium, zinc, and magnesium. I felt great initially but this has entirely messed up my digestion and created constipation and stomach pains/cramping. The only way I can get myself to have a bowel movement is to drink coffee and at that point my stools are watery and of a loose consistency. My digestion is what landed me in the four lows pattern in the first place. I have taken a lot of time to kill Candida/pathogens and strengthen my digestion so this makes me uneasy. Can someone share what dose magnesium/calcium they are taking and how they avoid having GI symptoms while taking them?

      So those tomato skins are, in fact, tomato skins.
      
      Look at all the posts where people are freaking out, thinking that they are "liver flukes".
      
      This is a perfect metaphor for this website. Hypochondriacs giving bad information to other hypochondriacs, based on copy-paste hearsay they found on some alternative health site.
      
      If you look at the scientific literature for these anti-parasitic substances, where they actually test them for toxicity, you'll see that many of them are indeed poisonous, resulting in cyanide. poisoning (papaya seeds), liver failure (clove oil, Wormwood ), etc.
      
      There are many natural and alternative remedies that are truly effective. However, there is so much bad advice on this website, it boggles the mind. The blind lead the blind.
      
      This is not a debate or argument, but a plea: Before you try or recommend something, PLEASE go scour PubMed for evidence of toxicity or efficacy.

I started with my copper very high, at 9.0. After 3.5 years I'm now at 0.9, an indicator of biounavailable copper. Zinc has been between 14 and 20 the whole time. My ratio was consistently low until the copper flipped to below 2.0, then the ratio became high. So I went from toxic copper to biounavailable copper.

I have 3 or 4 teeth with root canal treatments. I wish I had known better. After the last one, my health has been affected a lot with adrenal fatigue symptoms. I am pretty sure that the jaw bone is still infected.

I want to have the tooth extracted, however there are no holistic or biological dentists in the country where I live in. I don't want to have it removed improperly which would cause cavitations that are much harder to treat.

My question is: Is there a way to treat infected root canal without extracting teeth? Will Nutrional Balancing help?

I read Dr. Wilson recommends extraction of the tooth. However, I was wondering if anyone experienced or heard of a treatment other than extraction, including Nutrional Balancing?

I have been oil pulling with coconut oil and a few drops of colive oil for a month and it seems to help.

  According to Dr Wilson, the only labs that provide accurate results (by not washing hair at the lab) are Analytical Research Labs and Trace Elements Inc. You might consider a new test from either of these labs, especially considering the test you showed is from February. I find the test hard to read, but if it's accurate you have nickel toxicity and high zinc. Dr Wilson has good articles online, you might read the ones on nickel and zinc to start.
