I think in that case they have given the LD50 for the sodium chlorite content only not the solution so the LD50 for the solution would be over 1000mg/kg
Also the LD50 for chlorine dioxide is based on that amount of ClO2 dissolved in solution so there is a proposed LD50 for it of about 290mg/kg
