Re: What is your opinion on this Multi Vitamin ?

I agree with you in fact I am currently 50% raw its a long process for me because I am so unhealthy and detox made me so weak the first time I tried I got a rare superbug and was in ICU for a week.

Just to give you and Idea I have been on prescriiption meds since I was 8 years old and I'm now 31.

*I am also 100 pounds overweight and carrying alot of toxicity in fat cells that will release to quickly if I were to go more than 50% right now

* I have severe Chrohn's 8 years
* Bi Polar disorder 16 years
* Polycystic ovarian disease 10 years
* endometriosis 15 years

Because of this as well as financial problems I cannot become raw enough to obtain the essential nutrients and I don't really believe in living off powdered superfoods
I try to buy local and Organic as much as I can afford.
In fact If I cannot afford Organic I will just eat more Split peas , sprouts and beans which are cheaper

So while I agree Raw and natural vitamins are the best approach and ultimate goal
going Raw enough to obtain all my needs isnt an option ( yet )
