Again, thank you so much! I got up my nerve and posted some info about myself as well as one of my paintings for my avatar. I also started a video diary of my journey this time around. This isn't the first time I've felt serious, and this isn't the first time I've tried to become well, but this is the first time I think I have ever held myself accountable for my own success or failure.
I'm determined reduce my "Real Age" number from 67 to my actual age of 47, or hopefully lower!
I started a new post about my fasting journey so I'll keep everyone posted.
