What Your Doctor Didn’t Tell You

Can you add milk thistle and/or N-acetyl-cysteine to the mix to help the liver detox so it doesn't spill out through the skin? Glutamine is good for gut inflammation, btw if you're experiencing that as well -- minimum 10 grams a day.
