But I had a relapse when eating lots of bread that where actually whole bread so much more fiber than what I usually take ( white rice).....
There are conflicting ideas about fiber, some say it doesn't help .....but I 'll try.
It does help, but there are also different fibers and some can be hard on the intestines like psyllium and wheat bran. This is why I specified certain fibers in my other post.
Also ,ginger have been proposed but since my stomach seem to be a bit fragile now I tried it on empty stomach and it is burning....
