Herne, so glad to hear from you that you are through the pills, but awful that you don't know if they worked yet.

Since we are seriously looking at going to Montreal for testing in three weeks (I have called and we can get an appt.) I would super appreciate you telling me what the tests are like???

If DEC really kills the adult worm (and I hope anything and everything you have is absolutely pulverized so you get better right away) then the torture would be worth it. I guess you got your pills from the pharmacy since the doctor prescribed them?

If I have to get DEC on my own, I should try it from the US where we are now as it seems to be easier to get stuff here, though I am not sure of that since I never tried in Canada. Our son lives here in California.

Please take care of yourself as best you can. I will send our best vibes towards toronto in the small hope it helps.

I hope to hear from ICU whether to get the ivermectin plus with cloroson (sp?) that might also kill the adult work, though not too much research on it. Keep alert in case it might help you, too??
