Same thing. I have cramps, bubblings or whatever you call it localized in the right side. Sometimes I believe is my liver or pancreas head. Most probably is a fungal ball or colonies (biofilms) in the valve that drain the small bowel. Candida loves to form colonies in the ileocecal valve and cause it doesn't close and open correctly. It has gotten better with Nystatin powder enemas. I do enemas with some Nystatin powder and what come down is horrible. A lot of threads, mucus, and every ugly thing you can find !!!
