Use about a half cup of the salts, finest grind, with moderately warmish water, and keep your feet in for 20 to 30 minutes. Then try an arm-bath. or a full bath. 1 kg. of salts, finest grind, does a full tubful. Make sure it is thoroughly melted in the tub, first. Unmelted salts are uncomfortable to sit on.
In a full bath, drizzle bathwater over the parts of you not sunken.
Repeat, with fresh salts and water, daily, or twice a day.
You will not feel 'high', just comfortable...maybe sleepy
Sleep well.
Go on green vegetable juices for a day or two.
Refuse to think dire thoughts. Just refuse.
