Hi, great update about low vs high amount of iodine;
" I was taking 1-5 mg of Iodine every day, and then I bought 100 grams of ACS grade potassium iodide, and bumped my dose up to about 200 mg per day."

- Yes I would spike it up to 1 gram. If any detoxing left it should be gone within a few days, with a dose like that.

I would reduce the amount of calcium though; to half of what you take, maybe none at all for a while.
