you would be surprised. the detox from bromine is harder the less Iodine you take.

my first year i sweated acid out of my forehead and into my eyes. oh my god did it sting. the next summer it was tolerable. now sweat does nothing when it gets into my eyes. and yes, it yellowed tshirts and socks.. now i dont stain anything and my sweat is sweet.
