Thanks ICU.. My skin, as far as scalp, and brows don't have scale..it's the hair that I'm struggling with. My brow hair has a scale or hardened substance like dried superglue that will not come off. My scalp hair has a very thin coating of something like strong glue,and casings, or gritty things, that only come off if I rub my hands thru it just after I shampoo. I get hair strands, grit, and a sticky substance.

I'm going to try the Epson, vinegar, and peroxide now...thanks again.
