OK thanks i see your point.

There are still too many places advising on co-factors to not considering them. I was interested in somebody experience with cofactors.

My level of D was 16 when i started and was supplementing with 4000 UI per day without cofactors.
Not sure if its lack of magnesium or too much calcium because of D3 supplementation. guess its both of them.
