Although it's more about your immune being to function properly when your vitamin d levels are adequate, I did feel a strong warm feeling where I normally felt most of the Candida in my gut, but it was probably my own immune system causing that. I strongly suggest optimizing the Vitamin D first and then going from there. I had to work backwards and learn the hard way unfortunately.
