Re: liver pain: no disease. congestion?

i had no idea that Epsom Salts were hard on the adrenals.do you have any idea why that is? i took an Epsom Salt bath last night and have been completely and utterly exhausted today, so im wondering if that could be why.

Also, just out of curiosity, did you liver/ gallbladder pain come and go? it was bad for a while, then eased for about 2 weeks, and then beginning yesterday it started getting really bad again. are there certain foods or supplements that you know of that might aggrevate the liver? i eat paleo so i dont even eat most things that are hard on the liver.
