slow change in diet

Yay! It's coming off!

colonic h2o2:

I use 35% food grade h2o2. 20 drops to 1.5 liters of warm non-chlorine, non-fluoride water.
Swish your hand around in it to see that it's ok for your body.

3% is usually not food grade.

tissue salts:

Almost anything you do, will give you gas because you are constipated. I wish I could just walk over, and give you some soil based organisms...

I don't know about bubbles. But the big question is how do you feel? I felt so much better as soon as I took them. Slept better, had clearer thinking.

When I was very low in magnesium, I had lots of cramping in my legs. It could be that the magnesium in the tissue salts are helping work junk out of your muscles.

If you feel sick, stop taking them. There's so many un-knowns in our health, we have to play it safe.

Wait! You got constipated as soon as you started changing your diet? That's the answer. So what part is the biggest change? What you're eating? Or when?

Your constipation is your #1 reason for not losing. You are re-absorbing toxins, which go back into fat cells.

When I went from 6 meals to 4, I stopped drinking as much water in the evening, and that made me constipated.

Are we missing some key change causing the constipation?
