slow change in diet

I'm back! I'm doing 3 courses right now, so I've been neglecting you. Sorry :(

When the scale goes up and down, it's not fat. it's lymph and water.

But you say you see changes right? I'm still concerned with your colon.

The differences I see in your diet change is:
#1 gluten for breakfast. Adding this will not make you go to the washroom. It's constipating.
#2 meat at night. This has no fiber so also won't make you go.

The big difference is the long time from lunch til the next day not eating.

It was probably too quick for your colon. It might be drying out. Try eat some warm green veggies at night.

And how dark is your pee in the morning? When you are well hydrated, it should be just a bit darker than straw colored. During the day, it should be straw colored.

It's also possible that the colonic washed away your good bacteria, and is now looking for a new batch. Are you on anything yet?

Lots of people get constipated on fruit at the beginning. It's because their good bacteria is low. It all revolves around that bacteria!

Before your diet change, you weren't eating any fruit? Really? Is the fruit you're eating ripe? I can hardly buy anything ripe here in Canada.

How many more days til your trip?

Maybe you could add your eggs back in but not the muffin. The coconut oil helps with constipation. Drink coffee the way you used to (that also helps people go).

Your lunch seems to be the same.

Try get in all the water and liquids that you used to drink. Your body is used to that.

And supper, have veggies like you used to. But not the meat. Especially if you aren't hungry, you shouldn't burden your body with meat.

Wine will not let you lose weight because your body will use that Sugar through the night instead of your own fat reserves.

Tissue salts: yes they all have calcium fluoride in them. Cubicle folds and wrinkles under the eyes is a sign of lack of calcium fluoride.

When you do the research on calcium fluoride, fluoride's most strongly attracted/stable with calcium. That's how it runs in rivers.

The reason fluoride ADDED to water and toothpaste is so dangerous is because they use sodium fluoride (besides that it's a by-product of fertilizer companies in China).

So the fluoride let's go of the sodium, and attaches to the calcium in your bones and teeth. It never wants to let go.

Tissue salt calcium fluoride is one of the compounds we are made of. The best book on this is called:
The Biochemic Handbook

It's amazing. You'll see everything people are lacking, just by looking at them.

I know constipation can be frustrating. I was stuck most of my life.

I remember eating a whole bowl of cherries because someone said it gave them diarrhea. It only make me bloat up like I was pregnant!

Did you find Oxypowder ? Maybe you need a fresh start, along with heavy duty probiotics...
