Yes cut down the amount of CO-Q10 you are taking. 200 mg's twice a day is too much. Try 30-50 mg twice a day, and see how you tolerate it. If no problems you can increase gradually to 100 mg twice a day. As i said in another post try using Magnesium Oil, and you will see much improvement in how you feel.
