1) does the Q10 have any other vitamins mixed in with it?
Vitaminosis (spelling) can occur if you take too much of certain vitamins.
Take a look on the back to see if any other vitamin is listed.

2) Have you had panic attacks in the past six months.

3) You may have taken something that day that interacted with it. ( Drug interaction)
