My pathogenesis is multifaceted, as are most people with chronic problems. But put simply, the cause is from a subspecies of Plasmodium Falciparum.
That was the original infection but after a lifetime of mutations, it has gained human factors and shared properties of other bugs, like B. Hominis.
The L-forms are something I am becoming interested in, as they could satisfy the mystery around my chronic scalp itch (which I had resigned to accept as histamine activation).
