Hey Trapper, I have a question about potassium citrate powder.
I want to boost my potassium intake to help lower my blood pressure. We're supposed to get around 4700 - 6000mg every day according to Dr. Berg but my diet is veggie-deficient, I'm working on it, but for now I need to supplement potassium.
How much in teaspoons would 1000mg be using this powder? How much do you think is safe? I bought a bag of this from Amazon.
