I had this terrible and was at my wits end for years. I began folloeing the diet (strictly) and incorporating only organic and whole foods. secondly I already practiced Yoga I just stepped it up a notch and tried Astanga (makes you sweat) and the toxins release along with alot of stress. Thirdly Valerian root 1/2 hour b4 bed 3 capsules worked for me. I went from sleepin 4 hours waking up at 2-3 in the morning struggeling to get back to sleep to a full nights rest (7-8 hours) in a matter of a week or less. Water Water Water always have it with you and get used to drinking it at room temp. Let us know how you are felling once you've tried some of the recomendations..........
