Hi Angie...sorry for the very late reply.

Well.....I will try to be graceful with this......it was dark, dark brown and very loose. I have not seen any obvious signs of parasites nor stones. I have read somewhere that the plaque looks similar to eggshell and if that is the only option then it wasn't that. To be more blunt it just looked like really loose poop!

I thought it was very strange as well. I haven't eaten anything for 35 days so I am having a difficult time understanding what it is. I recall once yesterday afternoon feeling like a BM was on the way. So just to be safe I visited the room but nothing happened and the feeling passed. No gas or anything occured and nothing has happened since. I am curiously awaiting wake up time to see if I get any further surprises. If anything more happens that is out of step with my past experience I will post about it for certain.

Thanks for the B'day wishes! I really appreciate that. I did have a good time. Shot some billiards and played video games with my daughter. I now am the proud owner of an electronic chess board. Should be interesting for sure.

Good luck on your new fast. You can go 20 if you can go 8. Just take charge and own it. You will make it to your goal if you really want it.
