I am new here but have been on the body cleanse & SWF, this is day seven. It has been hard at times especially working although the Lord has been gracious to me at work. I have been able not to have really extreme physical shifts. I have two full time jobs and one is I pastor a church.Day 7,8,9 I will be not working. I had planned on 10 days. I am quite heavy and have been working at losing weight because i am planning a trip to E. Africa the end of Aug. I lost 32 lbs. prior to the master cleanse. I was amazed at your 35 days!!! I HAVE NOT done this fast to lose weight but to be free of toxins.
I"d like to hear a descrition of your 35 days and how it went.
Have you been able to do much? Want all have you taken orally?
