Sounds like your are doing good on the Master-Cleanse with formula #1. Good for you!

I wish I felt like that. I feel horrible. I took 3 last night. Had no results and just felt miserable and shaky. 3 may have been too much for me. If I feel okay tonight I will take 1 capsule otherwise none. And when I feel stronger I will add the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) again.
I am on day #4 (going for 10).
So desperate that I am having a colonic tomorrow, but I am worried that I might feel worse than I already do.

I just want to be able to pull through the MC.
